Ordered my first box with a discount which has been paid for over 4 days already. Today my box should've been delivered but no tracking was sent out so I called them: the CS representative said it was indeed their fault and the only thing they could offer me was my money back (obviously) and I just have to wait for the next order next week? There is no option to talk to someone with more authority or to file a (more formal) complaint. I even have to call them back myself to make sure the discount will be processed, which is weird since I am the one suffering from the company's mistake and have to take action myself. Please consider another meal prep service if you're looking for customer service, really embarrassing for a company owned by Hellofresh.

The dishes taste good and are of good quality, totally worth the money, though the variety might be improved.
My major pain is that the promised discounts on the first 5 boxes were not applied and I had to contact customer service each new week, which was annoying and required a lot of my time. The issue with the discount has been pending for 2 months and hasn’t been resolved.

Factor Meals nailed it on all fronts! The food? Simply delicious. The delivery? On point, with exact times given. I love being able to pick my favorite meals each week. It's convenience and choice in one tasty package! Highly recommend!

Meals are imo pretty good and easy to warm. Yes alot of chicken but last 2 weeks (or coming one) had 2 new courses. I also like alot of carbs like rice potatoes, as I never gain weight. A very underrated weight disorder!

I would never made the food myself, so it is cheaper than order fast food twice a week (or about same) for 4 healthy meals. My GP is happy and barely mention smoking when I tell about all the spinach/beans/vegetables in general I do eat! I took a bloodtest that showed some low/high values in not good areas. I think most of it is because my eating very little and just oatmeal and bread with ham/cheese. I think my test will show very different results after a half year of regular food, which even is alot of Chicken, is made with variation. (IF I should make food myself, it basicly only would be Chicken and maybe filled tortellinos with ham(?) as a meal in itself.

The solution is perfect for my life. And they added 2 or 3 new meals this month!

I do agree it could bigger portions, if the protein costs much to increase, make more rice/mashed potatoes etc. People that want less carbs can just not eat everything (I think I remember from my diet class when I became a teacher (in gymnastics in this case), that rice pasta and potatoes is mostly carbs.

Good for us "weight gainers" (opposite of "weight watchers"!) .

Also very good customer service, even you ask kinda basic questions (Not used to make food, even if only need to heat it. Very worried put plastic in oven, but no problem ofcourse!)

The meals are alright, but the biggest problems is DELIVERY.

Every week they call me with one problem or another (can’t find my house, etc) and this week they delivered the package with the neighbours even though I was at home…Tired of spending my evenings trying to fish out my delivery

The food is delicious and healthy. I like that is not too salty but the flavor is there. Even for the chicken that is normally so dry and simple if not well seasoned.
I'd improve the size of the container making it more compact. It is a bit too big to take it with me to the office.

Meals are overpriced for the quantity / quality. It's a good deal only when you have the first month discount. Paying almsot 9,00€ for a small box of food is definitely not worth it. To add on the negative experience I have received RAW food twice in two separate batches and once I was told via email to trash some Biryani rice since it was gone bad for the entire delivery. In addition to that, once my week delivery was postponed of one entire day and I could not even get a delivery cost refund because the box was already "out" for delivery. Most random excuse I have ever heard.

Service could be improved by:

- Provide better training to the customer support. It seems like they don't know what they're doing.
- Make more generous portions.
- Lower the prices.

On time, healthy, good price, Factor solved a problem that I’ve been having for a long time, being too busy to cook during weekdays. Look no further if you are looking for an amazing meal prep service!

Meals taste OK but are very very small (not a full dinner or lunch for a normal size male adult), and recent research shows that plastic ends up in food when microwaved or put in the oven. I will probably order a box intermittently to freeze for emergencies, but not be a recurring customer

good selection. I like being able to select my meals each week. Most meals so far have been very tasty.

Why not full 5 stars is because I wonder if the rated grams/calories is accurate; the ratings seem high to me. And I am not sure how far my boxes need to go for transport, but my boxes usually arrive without ice.

I've tried 6 different services in Amsterdam and this is the only one that doesn't taste like cardboard.

Tasteful meals, and good for working late and no kitchen to cook.

Very tasty keto meals. Making a tasty keto meal can be challenging and time consuming but thanks to Factor, that has become a thing of the past. Combining the meals with Keto, regular excersise and watching caloric intake, ive already lost 7 kilograms in 2,5 weeks (of which 3 probably is liquid). Thanks Factor!!!

They have delicious meals, cool packaging, and concept.
I often times order Uber Eats when I don't feel like cooking, and that hits my wallet big time.
Factor is not only helping me to eat healthier but also to save some money!
