Such great service over the past two days. The guys worked very cleanly and were friendly and polite. They explained everything I needed to know afterwards clearly. Looking forward to a warm winter.

From the moment we started speaking to Fakenham Fires, right through to the delivery, our experience was overwhelmingly positive.

They installed new chimney pots, two new flues and two new log burners. Being a larger order, you would expect something to go wrong, but it didn’t and everything is how it should be.

From the price through to the delivery and installation, we have no complaints and are very satisfied.

Ben, Gary and Mark did an excellent job installing our log burner - and they were thoroughly nice chaps to boot! Their work was measured and calm thus making the experience not at all stressful or arduous. Even though they had to knock out bricks from the chimney breast, there was no mess.

I was looking to replace a gas fire with an electric fire and had a poor experience with a company nearer to where I live. I found Fakenham Fires online and gave them a visit. What a professional company - from showroom to final installation they were courteous, helpful and informative and I’m so pleased that I found them. Highly recommended.

Ben & Marc did a fantastic job of installing our new Chesney double sided wood burner. They were polite, friendly, knowledgeable & cleaned up after they’d finished.
They talked us through how to start using it & general use going forward.

What is this company doing well? They really go out of their way to make sure the customer is happy every step of the way! I highly recommend them! Although I was not purchasing a fire, the installation I was looking for was carried out quickly, competently & with such care & attention, I really can’t fault them. Chris & the team are fabulous to work with. I’m absolutely thrilled with what they achieved for me.

Our butane bottle ran out while we were in Norfolk for a few days campervanning. I looked online and rang a few places, but the person I spoke to at Fakenham Fires seemed particularly knowledgable and helpful, so we went there. I'd adapted the gas bottle storage and needed to borrow tools to get at the bottle to exchange it for a full one. Other places had offered to sell me the tools if I bought the gas, but Fakenham Fires rooted through a toolbox in the back room to lend me what I needed. They couldn't have been more helpful. Looking at some of their other reviews, I can see that they have impressed plenty of other cutomers apart from me.

A faultless experience from start to finish. From the knowledgeable and helpful showroom staff, the experienced surveyor who was full of ideas for our particular project through the friendly office staff and not forgetting the skilled installers. We are absolutely delighted with our new wood burning stove and fireplace and would not hesitate to recommend Fakenham Fires. Thanks guys!

From start to finish from walking into Fakenham fires, to the install the care, attention and work carried out has been exceptional.
We were given plenty of very great advice on what log burner to buy, shown lots of different ideas and patience when we were deciding what would be best for us.
The install and plaster work was second to none, and the team left our house spotless.
As we were decorating they were happy to wait a week, to install the beam which was fantastic, as there was no rush.
I would highly recommend you go to Fakenham fires as you will be in great hands, and we love our new log burner…just need some cold weather to light it up and enjoy. Thank you very much 😊

From start to finish we were so pleased with the helpfulness, friendliness and knowledge that Fakenham Fires gave us. Everything was done over the phone, as we live 25 miles from the showroom.
I explained what we needed, the survey was soon completed and our order put in place. Any queries were quickly dealt with and hardly any mess made when our new gas fire was fitted. Thank you FF, we would thoroughly recommend this Company.

I am absolutely delighted with the work carried out by Fakenham Fires. They relined my chimney earlier in the year & the work was carried out very professionally by Mark & the team & I was delighted that I could use my open fire once again. I was so pleased with their standard of workmanship that I decided to buy a wood burning stove from them for the kitchen & for them to install it & I'm absolutely over the moon with it. I told Mark exactly what I wanted in terms of a plinth for it to stand on & he didn't disappoint. It looks amazing. They had to make an opening through the tiled roof for the flue to go through & this was finished off to the highest of standards. I cannot recommend Fakenham Fires enough for their quality & efficiency. I've already recommended them to 2 other people. Five stars all round!

Not usually one for writing reviews but with our new log burner ticking over in the background, warm words of appreciation need addressing. As with most significant purchases we explored several other providers but found Fakenham Fires the most comfortable fit by far. From walking through the front door of the showroom to having the installation yesterday, it has been a stress-free journey. Clearly a well-oiled and meticulous organisation. Credit to all involved.

Replaced our existing stove. Lovely range of stoves in the showroom that you could get your hands on and try. Great advice and seamless installation. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a reasonable priced well installed stove. Thank you
