From the original meeting in the shop to the survey and the installation we can only say that the company and staff were excellent and a pleasure to deal with. The company and fitters went the extra mile to ensure we were happy with the fire. The work was carried out by competent and helpful staff and it has been no problem to use, clean and enjoy since fitting. Thankyou

We have been very impressed with Fakenham Fires from the moment we stepped into their showroom. Everyone has been extremely helpful and courteous at all times. We were kept informed every step of the way. The fitters came today to install our stove and like other staff we met, were excellent. They had to drill into the masonry and they vacuumed the dust as they went along. When they left, we would not have known anyone had been working in the room. The stove looks fantastic. m the initial contact and survey to the very professional fitting we could not fault Fakenham fires, initially we only visited to look at BBQ's but while in the showroom we were taken by the modern look of the Chilli penguin. The survey was completed and options for fitting discussed and a few weeks later Oli came and fitted the fire and flu liner. Very professional, friendly and with great attebtion to detail. A great team to deal with.

We felt from our first enquiry, through the site survey and to the eventual fitting that this is a company who know what they are about. They were professional, friendly and most importantly good at what they do. Nothing was too much trouble and We would not have any reservations in recommending them most highly.

We engaged Fakenham Fires to provide and install a fire in a media wall. They did a great job. Communication was good - both with us and with the media wall suppliers. They were very accommodating when we had to change install dates. The installer (Elliott) was a lovely guy and did his work cleanly and with the minimum of fuss. Highly recommended.

Absolutely delighted with the installation of our Short Penguin woodburner. From start to finish couldn't fault anything. They had to reopen the old fireplace, all done with care and attention to detail. Excellent communication with staff we spoke to, all were very helpful and informative. Then to top it off we received a lovely hamper as a thankyou, a nice touch! 🙂

I had an old chimney opened up, a liner installed and an in the wall log burner fitted with surround. The job took 2 days. The fitters put up a screen and lay dust covers, which kept the dust down. They were polite and very professional. They cleaned up all the mess and used a hover while knocking a hole in the wall. They finished the wall off by plastering it. Everything was left a clean as it could be. Everything was explained to me on how to use it. Can not fault the workers. Thank you. Only 4 starts only because communication from the office only happened if I phoned or popped in. I think it would have been more professional if they had kept me up to date. My fire was put back from the original date. Yet to try it out as we still have lovely weather. 🌻

Brilliant company to work with, professional, punctual & did what they said they were going to do. Installed a thermocrete lining, so we can now safely use our open fire.

A very professional company, friendly, informative, and the wood burner was fitted on time to a high standard at a competitive price.

Very pleased with the chimney sweep. The first thing he did was make sure the carpets were covered in sheets to catch any stray soot.

He then did a thorough job, bearing in mind our flue has more kinks than a dog's hind leg.

Before he left, he wiped down out stove and checked for any mess.

Not a particularly complex job (chimney sweep) but necessary and Ollie came on time, was very courteous and cheery, worked efficiently and left the room clean and tidy. Good job!

I love my new gas fire! Service was efficient, clean and punctual. Eliot and his colleague were friendly and worked really hard installing my fire. I would highly recommend this company.

We love our new gas fire and were very impressed with the fitters and how they looked after our property. A lovely surprise yesterday of a delicious hamper delivered to our door by a lovely gentleman

The fitters installed the ‘in wall’ gas fire over 2 days.
Their staff were on time, meticulous in protecting the room and furniture from dust and damage, and always polite and helpful. On completion of the work everything was tidied and cleaned before they departed.
The old floor mounted gas fire was removed and disposed of by the company.
I would certainly use their services again in the future.
