Slight issue but dealt with very efficiently .
Good firm to deal with.

My experience with Falour UK has been excellent all my questions have been answered promptly and the quality of the trousers where extremely good.

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. Goods do not arrive.

The trousers are of good quality, perfect for my many outdoor pursuits and the customer service is excellent and quick to respond!

The delivery came on expected time Got the wrong size and they said they would send a new pair for free

My Items took a little time to arrive as shipped from abroad, but they appear to be good quality

Friendly and helpful staff. Returns were easy

Utter Scam.
Quality is very poor, lose treads and size bears no resemblance to reality.
Tried to start a return, and scam artist then offered me £10 against £45.
I said I wanted a full refund, and then offered £15.
Stay away, not to be trusted.
Based in china, not the uk.

Not good customer service !
The trousers were of good quality but the sizing was much smaller than expected
And arrived later than
promised
I wanted to exchange for a larger size
I'm still waiting to receive the larger size
I asked to return the trousers, very poor response, then after 1 month of email exchanges, they finally agreed to send a larger pair but only if I gave a 5 star review...!

Do not trust this company
Bought trousers, read the reviews and went a size up, but still too small in places and too big in others. No worries this happens. Asked to return for a refund as per terms and have been given the run around for 5 days so far. Ignored first email, answered 2nd but with no action, then offered a replacement but sizing all wrong (next up will be way too big in places), 3rd email offered a £15 refund for £45 trousers. Obviously a dodgy and illegal response intended to push me to agree. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

They attempted to bribe into giving a 5 star review here's why:
The 2 pair of pants did not fit, my size, did not fit. I followed the instructions and ask for a refund. 1st attempt: Falour said they would give $20 credit (pants were $80 total)
2nd attempt: Falour stated that if I leave a 5 star review, they will send replacement but not refund.
3rd attempt. Falour says there will be a restock fee and a handling fee.
What kind of company is this. cheap, Chinese made, shipping sucks, employees are rude.
I HAVE PROOF for people that want it.

No one replying to emails, no right number , nothing
They Sent me wrong size and not replying back

I ordered men's pro- stretch tactical work pants n black. They are a very stylish and comfortable pair of pants made from high quality material. They were delivered on time and packaged very well. I would recommend Falour UK to anybody

The tactical trousers are great. Waterproof, plenty of pockets. Just what I need.

Really high quality combat/tactical pants, best I've come across, and I've had a few due to sports/recreation.
Great communication and solved any issues quickly and very fairly.
Highly recommend.

The trousers I had purchased look great, but unfortunately didn’t fit. I have requested a bigger size and Falour have agreed to send me a bigger size once they receive the other trousers.

After a little wait my trousers turned up the wrong size, customer services were polite and prompt in resolving the issue and sent the correct size……can’t fault them 😊

It’s been over 2 weeks & still not received my order ! This store is operated via a mobile phone that is constantly switched off !
