Awful company. DO NOT USE. Ordered trousers and wrong size sent. Despite numerous emails, no information on how to return them or to get a refund. This is fraud! Will follow up with the Ombudsman.

Poor quality, not UK, it comes from China. Very poor customer service.

Hi this is my second pair of urban pro stretch trousers I’ve purchased in recent months . The product is really good quality. Unfortunately the wrong size arrived but after contacting customer service they offered me a exchange replacement pair without question. I would certainly recommend and use again in the future

Ordered a set of tactical trousers from these guys and it came in the expected timeframe. Quality is second to none and is perfect for the motor and security industry which I work in. Also, got a belt and others I work with have noted the quality. Defo recommend checking out their website for what they have to offer!

Service was quick and trousers sent direct to me

Do not buy from this company..... Ordered two pairs of trousers. Size was way out and did not fit. Have e mailed numerous times for return and initial reply was £20 refund, keep the trousers. The trousers are no good to me. Many e mails later they have just stopped responding.

Will be notifying Trading Standards

Took a week to start processing my order, I asked for a refund they said it was dispatched and gave me a tracking code for a parcel delivered elsewhere in June. Trousers finally arrived and are too short, ordered an 30w/32l they sent an medium, asked for a refund and no response to 2 separate emails.
2 weeks later still no refund - absolute fraud!
2 months later now they are offering £15 not sure where they have pulled that figure from - absolute fraud.

Once again excellent service, great product arrived promptly.

I ordered a pair of trousers and once they arrived, I tried them on but were unfortunately too small, which was a shame as they seemed pretty decent and exactly as advertised. I then got in touch with customer services, who were incredibly helpful and said they would send out a larger pair without any quibbles. So far I can't fault them and would certainly use them again.

Excellent trousers, delivered within 1 week.

I ordered Stridepure shoes via Falour £37.99 plus £4.99 delivery. I received two left shoes and proved this by sending them a photo. I want to return the shoes for a full refund. Falour has offered £20 compensation saying there is no need to return the shoes. Exactly what do they expect me to do with the £20 - buy a right foot shoe?

Shocking organisation and customer experience. Absolutely no response to email phone or text. Beginning to think it's a scam!

Buy with confidence great product had a problem with sizing but was resolved quickly to my satisfaction.

Ordered a pair of stretch trousers. Couldn’t fault the product, just tight on me. Contacted customer service and they were going to sent a replacement. I have still not received the replacement 2 weeks later.

I ordered a week ago and still have not received a tracking number. I have emailed the company four times in the last 2 days and have not yet received a response, extremely poor communication.

HERE WE ARE 4 WEEKS AND STILL NO MERCHANDISE.
It says on their website speedy shipping, well when it's coming from China expect at least a month delay due to it shipping overseas...
The moment I wrote this review the company contacted me and asked if I would please take my negative review down, then they would have shipping and handling refunded.
I will update my review when the product finally arrives

I wanted a pair of light weight trousers and I was very impressed with the quality of the Archon1X9
Quick dry Stretch Trousers.
They are very well made, fit well and are just what I was looking for.
I asked for an exchange for another pair I ordered in the wrong size, by mistake, and Falour obliged. I was very happy with the service.

Trousers good quality had problem with size but company were very easy to deal with.

I ordered a pair of 38" waisted walking trousers and received a 3XL pair instead. The product was of generally poor condition and in my opinion not fit for purpose. I asked for a refund and was told 3XL was a 38" waist. This is blatently untrue, I even measured the waist which was 42"!! I insisted on a refund and after a bit of tooing and froing I was told I could have a refund minus a handling charge of £25 on condition that I gave them a good review, in essence I was blackmailed in order to get my refund!! Here is the e-mail that I received, "Thank you for your patience. We would like to offer you a refund of £25. We would like you to leave a positive review for our website and once we receive your review we will process your refund directly." I have given them a two star by virtue of the fact that I did get a refund, but did not appreciate being blackmailed in order to get it, also the trousers are of poor quality. In addition to this, despite their website they are obviously not a UK company, and their UK e-mail does not exist. All-in-all definitely a company to avoid

Great customer service. Easy resolution when size ordered didn’t fit.
