This company is not UK based or the USA. The items are from China. The UK address is "89 Maida Vale, London W9 1PS, UK" which is residential. Phone number Tel: +44 7435609057 which is always turned off. Items are tiny and the quality is poor the the cost. Try and and get a returns address.... impossible. If you want to loose your money then use this company. I wish I had read the reviews before buying from them. The other reviews on this site must be from the company itself.

My family loves camouflage. I have back to back birthdays. My son found these camo pants and ask if I'd order them as his gift. I did so, however when they arrived they were to tight, my son was so sad. He said they felt really nice, the material was great, but not much stretch.so I had to send them back.while doing so, I had to catch rides to our local library to email from a computer and when I say the gentlemen Shane from customer service handled my situation, was great, I mean he went beyond. I don't think I've ever had a company that had the patience and understanding to work with me to get refunded. At times I couldn't make it to a computer, but when I did get there I always had an email from Shane telling/helping me what to do next. I really have to say I wish we could've kept these pants, they were so comfortable. So if anyone is ordering I'd maybe say size up. And if that doesn't work and you have to send them back at least you know that customer service at Falour is A#1. They will work with you until your satisfied. I have now bought two pairs of tactical trousers - the design, material and fit are exceptional for what I do - hiking and wildlife photography. In addition the customer service team have been very responsive with questions and help.

Just received my order of urban pro tactical pants, great trouser just a little on the small side so I'd suggest ordering a size up, but I contacted the seller and they are sending me a bigger size free of charge, good customer service and reasonable delivery.

Good quality trousers, just as expected and I'm very happy with them. They stretch on the sides which is useful and they turned up on time.

I bought some gear on this website and arrived fairly quickly. Good selection of army gear. Quality is good and as depicted on pictures, no surprises there.
The sizes of some pants are a bit off but the overall process was ok.

Very nice company. Ended up getting too small a size and falour helped sort it out straight away sending me the correct size for free! Amazing trouser, perfect quality. Thank you!!

I can't talk good enough about Falour. I've messaged them and they respond asap along with being super helpful. My pants came at a decent time but unfortunately the sizes run small so I messaged them back explaining the situation and whomever I talked to was really nice and said sorry about this we will send you two new pants right away. So thank you for this falour.

DO NOT BUY! I repeat do not buy from this site! It is fraudulent and a complete scam. I’m glad I didn’t order anything too expensive. My credit card company has held back payment as a dispute. Item arrived which was totally unfit for purpose , and sizing completely wrong. Trying to return but no response ( Funny that).
I’ve contacted the relevant authorities. Trading standards being one.

Hopefully this will stop others being scammed.

Trousers I purchased very poor quality within an hour of wearing the fly zipper bust and the button is on it's way. (DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!) Also delivery of items takes forever from China!! Be warned.

Purchased tactical trousers and was sent the wrong size. Contacted customer service to be told UK warehouse closed so I could either send back to China at my expense! Or keep trousers that don't obviously fit and have a £6 refund! After multiple emails back and forth with no resolution. I opened a case with PayPal (my payment method )and they have found in my favour and just issued me a full refund. Terrible customer service which was a pity as product was actually of good quality.

Wanted a pair of work trousers that I could put padding in the knees. Found Falour UK and the Tactical Trousers, they looked OK so made the order. The trousers ‘eventually’ arrived. Tried them on and they were nowhere near a 36-waist, long leg, more like 40-inch waist, short leg. No problem, I’ll send them back. Sent an email and explained the problem. I eventually received a reply which read ‘Thank you for contacting us, we understand how you feel, we recommend you wear them with a belt’. WT actual F?? I replied and said it wasn’t good enough. I eventually got a reply and was told to send photographs of the trousers and packaging to show they were unused. I did this and eventually got a reply and the returns address which was in China. Not bad considering they have a London address on the Falour UK website. When I questioned this, they said they had changed the addresses of their warehouses all over the world – what a load of crap! The UK site still shows as London. I wanted to see this through so I could give a full and honest review of my experience so no one else gets scammed. I sent the trousers back at a cost of £22 sign for because I didn’t want them to say they never received them. When I checked the tracking and saw that they had been delivered but no refund, I #asked where my money was and was told that their returns policy states that there is a 30% fee for returns which includes labour, shipping and expenses which you must agree to before you get any money back. Again, I wanted to see this through so agreed. I got £24 back which meant my refund was about £2 after posting the trousers back. Point to note, there is no mention of the 30% fee in their returns policy and I have copied it as of today, the 7th of May 2024. This is a scam, avoid, avoid, AVOID. If you chose to ignore my review or the others, please dop not moan when it goes wrong. This is a true and honest review and happy top share screenshots of their messages. Funny thing was, when I said I will give an honest review, they said ‘we hope it wont be negative’!!

Company is a scam.
Falour UK is not based in the UK but in China. Their UK address does not exist and the contact mobile number is permanently switched off.
I ordered a 30" waist pair of trousers and received a medium, two sizes too large.
I requested a refund as I was in the 30 day return window but customer service, after finally getting back to me via email, kept stalling. I returned the item to their UK address but had it returned as the address does not exist. They finally gave me an address in China that would have been way too costly to return. They were insistent that I kept the item and get a 30% refund, but what am I going to do with oversize trousers with shallow pockets anyway? I had to accept the 30% refund as it was the only way to get any of my money back.
Absolute scam.

Website states orders are dispatched within 24 hours…it’s been weeks since I placed my order and still no sign. Tracking link supplied doesn’t work and isn’t associated with any legitimate courier service, and their website blocks you trying to track using their own system, claiming their firewall wall has detected suspicious activity with your IP - very spammy, not sure this site is legit. Beware.
