15 months subscribed to the 1966 Batmobile build, and now Package 15 is suddenly “out of stock”.
How does a subscription company not have the foresight to secure stock for existing subscribers BEFORE taking on new customers?
This is the fundamental problem with Fanhome:
they market these builds as exciting long-term projects, but the reality is months of uncertainty, delays, missing packs, and vague communication.
A subscription should mean:
consistent deliveries
secured stock allocation
proper customer communication
Instead, customers are left chasing updates on Facebook like we’re trying to track down rare collectibles ourselves.
The entire experience has become exhausting and miserable.
After 15 months invested into this build, customers should not be worrying whether the next package even exists.
Fanhome seriously need to sort out their logistics, communication, and customer care because this is becoming a recurring pattern across multiple collections.

Was a very simple process to complete
Straight forward and quick. The models are great
Only complaint would be the model was not available on the date advertised thus needing to repeatedly check the site to when it became available.
