Despite being available on the website of the Epsom store, it was not in stock. But I had phone calls at 7.08am informing me of this and whether I wanted to cancel the order. I did.

Four different items were not delivered in my Christmas order. Now having to chase up! Disappointing given the high prices for grocery and delivery at Farro and wonder whether we should have shopped at a regular supermarket. Hope they can sort this out.

Ordering online was easy. Appreciated the option to choose delivery day and timeframe, courier tracking was excellent. Packaging was good and what we ordered arrived in great condition. The whole experience was pretty seamless. Would definitely do an online order again, particularly given where we live (rural south Auckland); it would cost more than $15 in petrol to do a round trip.
