What were ordered wasnt entirely what we got. If something is out of stock then give me an option to put a backup choice or contact me. Especially if its near a holiday as thats why we ordered, to make a specific meal.

My sister was delighted to receive my gift of food from Farros. Such a good thing to send when someone is unwell and unable to cook for themselves.
My only trouble when trying to order was that I put my address and address in first and I live in Timaru and they said they couldn't deliver. I had to change to her address and post code to make it work. She tells me your meals and food is beautiful.

Farro has so many items you can’t get easily at supermarkets because it’s more than a supermarket it’s a specialty store as well. The large can of olive oil and frozen pretzels which I cook in the oven and add salt or cheese these are my go too as well as some of the ready meals for hectic after work don’t want to cook nights. (Seriously the pretzels remind me of New York holiday pre Trump)

Easy to order online, all items supplied. Great ham & love the turkey rolled roast's. Great to have it delivered a few days before Christmas.

Same-day delivery was great. Although it came in a ceramic bottle and only had a fragile sticker with just paper wrapping inside, which made me a bit concerned, it arrived safely in the end.

I ordered 2.5kg of brisket and ended up with 4 small pieces of varying sizes - one was less than 500grams. Rather than complain, I sent an email asking for recommendations on how to cook 4 random pieces of brisket and was told someone would get back to me. They didn't. So I tried 2 in the oven and 2 in the slow cooker and - as predicted - the results were mixed.

Brought the Picnic Hamper for a gift. I choose this because it had no items that needed to be refrigerated and it came in a "Farro" zip up bag. It arrived on the date I selected.

I have shopped at Farro’s for years and always held them in high regard, unfortunately things have changed. The service has changed since the business sold and it is now a rip off, everything is overpriced. Sayonara Farros.
