Last two online orders no tracking link…
Last two online orders no tracking link was sent out. First time I called and support office said this had been an issue with staff not scanning orders correctly.
Second time I assumed same issue and order was set to arrive between 12pm - 5pm, didn’t arrive till 5:30pm which caused waiting around at work for it to arrive. I only found out this was definitely on its way by calling urgent couriers number from an older order. This could’ve been avoided if tracking link was sent.

Integrity Plus. I just found an old Farro gift card someone gave me a couple of years ago. I was able to quickly check the balance on line and discovered it doesn't expire for 100 years! So nice to find a business that makes things easy for their customers.

I’ve been overcharged by almost $300…
I’ve been overcharged by almost $300 for my shop- it seems it was due to a typo in the invoice possibly with the lack of decimal points which resulted in almost 10x the weight of the item ( I.e 950 kg instead of 0.95 kg) … therefore also 10x the price of
It’s disappoint that mistakes like this have happened - I would expect some form of double checking or have some failsafe in place as part of the SOP.
I am hoping this would be resolved asap- you have credited money I cannot have spared!
