COMPLETE SCAM. Good reviews online are fake. I am owed £120, never to be seen again. For the things that did arrive, they were of the most terrible quality. Some of it never arrived. The worst part is they have a team of people (well different peoples names) responding to you when you say you want to return items, and they actually have the audacity to give you a return shipping addrees so you waste more money on return shipping!! It's like it's a game to them, they rip you off, then string you along so you think you have a chance at your money back. You will never see your money again! Not impressed.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! THE WORST QUALITY AND INACCURATE DESCRIPTIONS. YOU MAY ASWELL THROW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW.

Fair price. Not all stores offer adequate prices, most offer high prices, in clothes that cost less in other places and the quality is the same. The good thing about this store is that apart from having good prices, the clothes are of good quality and it is great when you can find these two things, quality and good prices. To me in particular I do not let myself go by a specific brand, I check well that the product is not bad before buying it, I do not buy to buy.

I ordered a dress about a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. so i went in the website to see if there was tracking, couldn't log in as it says my password is not right. I k how that's not true because I use the same password for all online accounts. so I went on the link "forgot password" and it tells you that it will send a password to your email. have tried it 4 times , it never sent any notification. I believe this company is a scam !!!

it's been 3 months now and still no dress. ITS a HUGE SCAM!!!!!!

Luvyle is another of the websites owned by FASHIONCION TRADING LIMITED (HONG KONG), am in the process of having them investigated, you might as well throw your money right out the window, if you get your order, you will soon realize that the clothes could have been purchased at a dollar store. They know exactly what they are doing and they are doing from several other sites.

This company deserves 0 stars. First of all, it took months to receive my items in the mail, and when they finally arrived they looked Nothing like the images online, and the material, there are no words to explain the quality. All the items were horrendous!! I contacted the company and have been waiting months for my refund and still nothing! Be aware! Fashionme is a scam!

I cannot believe the quality of these clothes. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Do not order from this website. The pictures they advertise look like high quality, fashionable clothes. I ordered two "Fall/Winter" jackets. One is literally children's house coat material and the other is halloween costume material. So disappointed. Not to mention it took over 4 months for everything to arrive. Terrible experience. Would not recommend to anyone

There are not many e-commerce websites that cater to the needs of adult women. Most of the websites are dedicated to the fashion sense of teenagers and young adults. It is one of the best sites for adult women to shop for clothes, including both casual and professional attire, and other items.

There is an incredible selection of clothes of all shapes and sizes and colors and brands! And most of them are affordable! If you need a wide array of choices that is not too heavy on the wallet, then this website is a must visit!

Fashionme is not new to me. I’ve had countless deals and I’ve got no regrets so far. I think this proves they are good at what they do. At least, I can say a lot about the quality of orders I’ve always received here. This is more reason I would stick to them and recommend more friends. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
Please do not buy clothes from this company. The have pictures in their website showing high quality clothes and when you order you believe that you will receive same quality and time of fabric. WRONG!! Very bad quality, dresses were short when supposed to be long. I am very disappointed. The delivery time was also bad. more than 2 months to receive and the items came in different moments. 3 different packages sent in intervals of 2 weeks each... I would like to post pics of what I received

The online shopping experience with fashionme is truly my guilty pleasure. It gives me a variety of clothes as well as produces products that are of high quality. Every time I have ordered an item from fashionme, the item is of great quality and fits me really as well. I always recommend fashionme to others, especially my friends. Everybody uses fashionme as their go-to online shopping website. I am very impressed with what Fashionme has to offer and how they offer it.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. Not only do they not stand behind their own mistakes, sending the wrong sizes, they refuse to give refunds and just send the same ridiculous emails over and over again. I don’t pay for shipping of returns for something that wasn’t my mistake. They don’t issue RMA Labels. They refuse to refund for wrong items and the shipping of them. 30+ emails later and the same excuse and only refunding $13.50. I will never do business with a foreign company again.

The site is really helpful in giving a lot of details about all the products such as description about the material and fabric, size & fit that is really helpful. Moreover, the customer service is very helpful, replying pretty fast in any question. The packaging is great and so far we've never had any problem with the products that we've ordered!

Hello, I usually do not write reviews but in this case I will as I have had the worst customer service experience ever with this company. Delivery was very late and were trying to persuade me that is is according to their policy. The goods were received in a very poor quality and some of them faulty or wrong size. The items on their website had a high rating . I wonder who could give for such poor material and quality such good reviews.
Returning from Europe costs a lot money and they will not refund you the whole amount ( only a little if they will , I am still waiting for my one ) I am chasing my refund now more than a month. Everytime I send the email a different person responses and no sign of my refund on my account.
Be careful buying anything from this website the reviews are not right and customer service and service in whole is a disgrace.

I bought a coat and a jacket and the quality was awful. I wrote them like 6 times in 2 months and they never answered. When I contact them in their page, they send me a message saying "we are sorry, send pictures of the products and if you have done so; just be patient and wait". Ive been waiting for 2 months for them to tell me how to return the products and they never did. Its a shame. I will never buy here again and Ill tell everybody not to buy here!! Im very disappointed!!!

Amazing service, what i ordered was delivered on time and this is my second time of shopping, i made another order because of the good quality product i got the first time, i will always use this service for my online shopping.
