Scammed me and now they have a new name Creso Clothing

Ordered a fleece jacket. Never got any info about the item even after I tried contacting the support. Only after I commented under their post about how they literally scammed me did they dm me on instagram. After pretending to care they ignored me once again. After THREE MONTHS of trying to solve this with the police and begging my bank to return my payment, my bank finally agreed to send me my money (They never answered me after that). Now they changed their name to CRESO CLOTHING Creative society.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, don‘t order here. Website looks nice, but the clothing‘s quality isn‘t, sizing is weird. Bought a jacket which I returned and never got refunded back!! Unbelievable. Should be shut down.

Never ever again

Never ever again. These guys don’t answer on emails and delete all the negative comments. I spend the money and have no information about the parcel. Been writing to them several times and got no reply. I truly have no idea if I’ll get the product or my money back.

Be extremely careful with new wave…

Be extremely careful with new wave amsterdam. They are just reselling mass produced products from China. Search by image and you will find - for example - the same hoodie sold by many "brands". They are not unique products. Also all orders are extremely delayed - we haven't received a product, and the order was placed for over a month. They are shipped from China.

Never ever!

if i could give a review without any star, then this "store" deserves it. it's unbelievable how they treat the customer. I waited for the order for three months, they finally found out that they had made a mistake and did not send the order at all. I decided I wanted to return the money and not wait again for three months for order. Two months have passed since the information that “they was sending me money now”!! never, never order from this store!!!

Total scam ! Still waiting for my refund (2+months)

Cute jacket ordered on 7/09/2021 (Order #364217). One month later, nothing, even though I had emailed them three times, and "Mason" kept apologizing and telling me the confirmation would come soon. After many more follow-up emails, still the same dry and untruthful responses. Two months later, I asked for a refund, which, after 2 follow-up emails, I still havent received. Please just pay me back.

SCAM...I ordered a jacket in June 2021…

SCAM...I ordered a jacket in June 2021 which never arrived claiming it was stuck somewhere on the delivery path, I chose to get refund (October 2021) and was promised to be informed once the refund was done ... It's been four weeks no refund and no one answers my emails.
Don't waste your money on bunch of scammers.

SCAM!!

Definitely a scam! Do not buy! Worst experience in shopping online. I ordered a jacket, they took the money and never send the confirmation of the shipping by email. So I wrote them and they told that an error occurred and asked me if I wanted a refund or to be shipped again. I asked for a refund and they told me they would notify me when the refund was done. After then they never responded again. I wrote them 3 times and they never answered. Do not lose your money with them.

It’s so pity that I haven’t googled the shop reviews before making an order. I have been to Amsterdam and the whole sensation about shop was so good…

Well I paid for the quick shipping and didn’t get this service. The package was at the destination place till more than month.

I ordered an M size of the jacket. There were written that it is small fit and that it’s better to “always order 1 size more”. Actually I wear S size. I made everything by instructions. The fit of those jacket would be not so bad on me, but guess what? New Wave Amsterdam shop had sent me not M size as I ordered but L size.

Mason from support service seemed to be nice, but… He told me that I will get a fast shipping refund I didn’t got. And he didn’t answered my last letter with the regrets about the consistency of package.

I wish this horrible shop will be closed. They are scammers with horrible service.

UPD: Mason told me that they will refund an item. Should I tell that was a new lie? Cause finally I have got a massage that I need to return an item. As for me, returns are for closes sent in right sizes as they were ordered, not for mistakes of a shop. Is it difficult to refund their own mistake for them without any more actions on my side? Especially not for a manufacturer, but for the reseller of Chinese closes in double prices… Once again, it was the one more delayed answer and I actually don’t want to waste my time to deal with this shop. But actually I even don’t think that there is a shop as is. Just a group of scrummers needed to be punished by the low.

Where to begin…

Where to begin? The product I ordered, the site advises to order two sizes two big. I’m normally a M, I ordered an XXL. The sleeves are still ten centimetres from my wrists. It also got delivered with a notification from the postal service that it was from AliExpress. There is no labelling inside the product. No receipt or paperwork inside the packaging. From other reviews I’ve read I won’t be returning in fear of loosing out on product and money. I’ll just gift it to someone much, much smaller than myself. Not a scam, technically, as I received my goods (And had to pay import costs). Please do NOT order from this company

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever…

The worst shopping experience I’ve ever had in my life. Do not buy from this company. Ironically, all the reviews say the same thing.

I paid for express shipping, but my order came 2 weeks late. When it finally arrived, half of the order was missing and it took two weeks for the other half to finally come. Even then, 1 of the sweaters never came.

When I tried everything on it was far too small despite ordering 2 sizes bigger than usual (even though they only recommended 1 size).

Returned everything 6 weeks ago and still haven’t received a refund.

Customer service is nothing but empty apologies and late responses.

Never in my life have I taken the time to write an online review for a company, but I made an exception today because of how disgusted I was with this whole experience.

Worst on-line shopping in my life

On March 25, 2021, I bought a sweatshirt in the online store "New Wave".
I paid for the order immediately. In the letter I was informed that the order will arrive within 7-15 days. After 10 days, I asked for the order information and was told that an error had occurred. As a result, the order did not arrive within a month. Support team could not answer anything specifically, only promises. I canceled the order and I didn't get a refund until I asked a well-known blogger to write to them. This is the worst service in my life. I am sure that I will never order anything from this store and will tell all my friends about it.

Not from Amsterdam but still satisfied with the purchase

It's not a complete fraud, but they do not ship from Amsterdam nor are they Amsterdam based as said in the other reviews. I live in the Netherlands, so I was very surprised about the estimated 20 day shipping. I ordered 4 items - they arrived in 2 shipments. One of them came from China (took approx 6 weeks), the other from an unknown destination (took approx 4 weeks). They send you a tracking link, which doesn't work if you click on it from the e-mail. However, if you copy/paste the tracking number onto the tracking website separately (not clicking on the link in the e-mail), then it works. The tracking was not entirely accurate, but there was progress that I could follow.

Anyway, I am very happy with the quality and size of clothing. They look exactly like the pictures and seem to be from good materials. Definitely better quality than H&M and ZARA. I am a 169cm/57kg female, and I ordered everything in size M. The items nicely fit in the slightly oversize style that I wanted.

So, if you don't mind the wait, you have nothing to worry about when ordering.

I have return back a jacket last month…

I have return back a jacket last month as soon as I received the jacket , with all the right paper inside and im still waiting for an update and my money back.the customer service is replying to my email, but a all month and still nothing ,no reimbursement yet I think it is awful.i checked with royal mail and they said new wave should of receive the jacket 3 weeks ago.

Very weird sizes and poor customer service

Weird sizes not designed for European standard males.

I even selected one size up as they suggest online but the arm lenght is freakishly short and the waist freakishly broad.

I am now in the proces of trying to return it, however communication is slow, I have to make my own return label to do so and return costs are not covered by the company, so I stand to loose on this low quality brand no matter what. The owner/employee also keeps empathising that it has to be sent no later that 14 days after receiving it (for some dodgy reason), so based on this poor customer experience I wonder if they're going to try and get out of a refund.

My sincere advice. Not worth the time and effort.

We understand your doubt about the policy and we respect your thoughts. The 14 days return has been widely use mostly by online stores. This is to protect us and our business with a risk of fraud in returns and refunds. There are customers who may buy an item with only short-term use in mind or attempt to hold us responsible for the damage they caused.

We follow EU law in Guarantees and returns, whereas it stated that:

" When you sell a good or a service to a consumer online or via other means of distance communication (by telephone, mail order) or outside a shop (from a door-to-door salesperson), the consumer has the right to return the item or cancel the service within 14 days. This is sometimes referred to as the cooling-off period or the withdrawal period. No reason or justification has to be given by the consumer. "

Lack of communication and still waiting for my money to return back on my account

Placed an order on the 15th of December, did not receive it and had to reach out myself in order to get an update. The response was that the order was canceled due to an internal error. Got the option to still process the order or to cancel the order.

My response was to cancel the order and to get my money back on January 22nd. Still have not heard from them on this.

My conclusion is after reading some reviews this company is dropshipping items from China which is not necessarily bad, but logistics may fail a lot of times, delivery may take a while and prices are set too high.
