New Wave Amsterdam 

Ordered a Hoodie from New Wave, quality is really good and came pretty quick. Would purchase from them again!

This website is nicely done and I bet it has good support, but it's just doing simple dropshipping. So if you like a T-Shirt or Hoodie, just look it up in reverse image search and buy it cheaper on aliexpress or other sites. They are just buying the same shirts you can get there and sell it for more money.

The products themselves are decent. However, they took an inordinate amount of time to arrive and now that I need to send one back to change the size, they inform me that I am liable for the postage costs as I did not pay via PayPal. Seems a very strange set up and is not made clear at all when making the purchase. I have asked via email if they can help in any way but they point blank refused. Its not great service particularly when my order was for multiple items. Wouldn't bother with them again

It's been over 6 weeks since I received my order email telling me it would take 10-12 days with a possible 5 day delay because of covid. Haven't even received an email that it's been shipped yet and also saw some of their products on an advert for a different company. Seems like a big scam to me, gonna contact for a refund but doubt I'll get it.

Waiting over 60 days and refuses to give a refund. Stuck in China the last 30 days even though it's advertised as 5-10 working days from the day of order. Covid-19 is not an excuse, I've had other orders being delivered in the meantime. Absolute joke do not deal with them or give them your time or money.

After 5 week still only have 1/3 of my order. They present everything as a cool brand, but the clothing is just very cheap clothing which you can buy on multiple websites. Although quality of the t-shirts is decent, the quality of the prints on the t-shirts looks very cheap. Worst online shopping experience of my life!!

Don't believe the few reviewers who recommend this 'company'.
They rip your money, send fake shipping info but no goods.

Do not buy anything from this company! I have not yet received tracking information or any valid documentation that my order from mid March has even been shipped. They withdraw your acount immediatly, so be aware!

Customer service consist of someone named Mason that will give you no or bla bla bla-info.

Scammers. There are cheaper ways to get f***ed

I ordered a t-shirt and I have been waiting for it about 1 month. The quality is excellent and I’m really satisfied with it. The team is responsible for their product and they are ready to help when you have some questions. Really recommend you to use this platform of clothes!

I bought a hoodie from them, it still has not arrived yet and I can't get in touch with them about it. I would not but from them again. Very annoying and very disappointed with the service

I bought a hoodie from them, it took a while to arrive but I was very happy with the hoodie and really liked it. However, I was about to buy another when searching for New Wave Amsterdam and found a page saying they bought it from AliExpress, to stop myself from buying another at a ridiculous price, I used the photo search function on AliExpress and discovered a seller (GONTHWID) from which I believe they buy everything from.

There was a little problem with my shipment and when I contacted new wave customercare they responded immediately within 12 hours. Also, Mason, who I had contact with was very kind.
