The Quality of the clothes is really good. Their Support is very fast and very helpful in many situations. The only problem is, that the clothes come from different factories and if you order a high number, they are sent in seperate packages.

Already waiting 2 months on my jacket to arrive. Costumer service is also pretty garbage only talking to "mason" and no direct contact except trough mail.

New Wave Amsterdam has really great curated products and also has great customer service! They value customer satisfaction and also give timely and helpful responses to customer concerns. 10/10 would recommend.

NEVER BUY ANYTHING HERE, first you will get ignored, then MAYBE you will get your Aliexpress 10€ hoodie a month later. they are so shameless they order it straight from China to your address 😂 ridiculous

Wouldn’t recommend this store. Shipping from china took forever and the quality wasn’t high enough for the price. I had to pay for the return and didn’t get a refund. I also found several items from them on ali express.

Scam! They are reselling cheap clothes from AliExpress. Just search for GONTHWID on AliExpress.

Horrible company, avoid buying from them. I ordered two products and only one arrived after two months. They promised me a refund after I opened an issue with PayPal. However, they have never refunded me. I wrote them several emails and messages on social media, they only answered when they didn’t know who exactly I was, after all the communication stops! Never replied, no package, no refund! Horrible company !!!!

Zij doen iets genaamd "drop shipping".
Zij kopen de producten goedkoop bij een Chinees merk, via Ali-express en doen alsof dit hun eigen merk is. Dit is alleen niet het geval. Het daadwerkelijke merk die achter de producten zitten is een Chinees merk genaamd 'GONTHWID' - zoek dat maar eens op via AliExpress. Het gemiddelde product dat New Wave verkoopt word voor 300-400% duurder verkocht, terwijl de klant dit zelf bij GONTWID kan kopen.

Dit bedrijf doet alsof zij goed voor het milleu zijn en transparent zijn, maar dit verre daarvan.

Avoid this company, they run an unfair business. They do something that is called dropshipping. They promote products like it is their own, while in reality the products are not. All their products can be purchased directly from 'GONTHWID' on AliExpress, for sometimes 3 or 4 times cheaper than the prices New Wave asks. Avoid this scam and buy directly from 'GONTHWID' yourself.

Pretentious company which promotes sustainability and transparency, while in reality they are far from that. Selling sweatshop sweaters / crew necks / t shirts for premium prices.

Ordered 2 t-shirts and a hoodie.
The ordering process went quite well.
But I never got an order confirmation.
Waited 20 days and the got a message from customs. They wanted an amount of 8-12 Euro extra for each pakage for declaration and taxes go let the goods into Sweden. I had not been informed about theese fees, and never thought about it because I was buying from another EU country.
After 40 days goods finally arrived. All correspondance with New Wave was answered just within 48 h.
You can but direct from the China companies instead and save approx. 75% of the cost. AliExpress for example.

Ordered 2 t-shirts 29 nov received 1 after Christmas and the 2 is in customs 31dec. They ship it in 2 packages and i have to pay 75skr In handling fee and 17 skr in customs Per package because it is shipped from or via estonia?????? So now the items are much more expensive. No apologies for the long shipment only info.
I am never shopping there again.
