Never received the order I placed
Have sent multiple emails to complain and have never received any response.

Placed an order and after 1 month of tracking and checking in with the seller and shipper I have no purchase item or answers just less money in my bank account.
Live and learn.
Do not purchase anything from this sham shell company.

I highly do not recommend buy anything from them

Absolute clueless customer service, wrong information communicated and when I have requested amended in shipment address and got confirmation to my email after 2 weeks back and forth email. I received an email that they are looking for the material and need to wait 3 to 5 weeks

After all that waiting, I got an email that shipment is out with a link that doesn't work for tracking and showing the old unchanged address

And until this moment its been almost 2 months and I don't know where is my order

Absolutely disaster experience

Their products are not true to size. They NEVER responded to my EMAIL for a refund for an item I NEVER RECEIVED. They are con artists and will take your money and disappear.

Complete fraud.
Do not buy from this fake company.
Stealing money from customers and promoting stolen fashion images for clothing they do not sell.
Deleting negative comments from Facebook to cover their fake business.
Absolute rip off!!!

Do not order from this website . I ordered something from them three damn months ago & I still have not received anything from them . They customer service is horrible, hardly could get in touch with anybody . I’ve ask for a refund and they won’t even give it back to me . Just a waist of my money so I repeat do not order from them stay away !!!!

What I received was nothing like what appeared in the advertisement and the quality was shoddy to say the least. The front edge of the pullover blouse wasn’t even finished off and the material is so thin that it wants to roll up. I will NEVER order from Shrural again! If I could give it a ZERO star rating, I would. I came across the site while browsing on Pinterest, so I won’t order anything from any of the other clothing sites that advertise there as well since they all seem to sell the same things.

Just got a charge because I recently changed my adress. Like what in the world kind if scam is this! Didnt change through this site. Huge scam! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE

Bought a Shearling blanket. Total Fraud, not Shearling( tag in Chinese). I washed it to get the weird manufacture smell out, on website it says you can wash, It Freaking melted( the supposed natural Shearling, melted??!!). Now they refuse to refund because( get this) they say I washed it!!!!???

Buyer Beware!! Dodgy and completely untrustworthy. Bought a selection of items and nothing was like the picture and quality is less than budget range. Returned everything and 2 months later, and several emails, am still waiting. 😢

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! They are con man!!! The products that you ordered are made according to the models on the photos. They are totally different!!! I still have around $50 in my account, but they close the website!!!

Scam. Ordered one dress, got a very different one, and it was damaged. Beads falling off, sewn crooked, totally different fabric (polyester mesh and ultrasuede instead of cotton and velvet), threads hanging all over. Only offers a 15% refund unless you send it back to china, even though their warehouse is in California.

I have send the items back,cause they were very bad alrady in April. In Julay i have asked them, when I ll get my money 120€. Thez repaly that they will return, when they get the items back. I Havent heard from then since then, I wonted to check again today, but this email is not to be found or the web page. Can I do something?

Just canceled my order, it should not take that long to get an item. I don't even remember what the dress looked like at this point.

i order 3 items all. I got the fist item in 4 weeks later, the second item in 8 weeks later and i canceled the third item.
the dresses are nice and like them just takes too long.
