TERRIBLE!!!!!!!! Buyers beware! This site is an absolute scam! None of the clothing is appropriate size, material is junk and misspelled graphics! DO NOT waste your money!! I have contacted customer service multiple times and still no response. Absolutely terrible! I would give them zero stars if I could.

Never bought from this company. It is a SCAM! They claimed that they have sent the item, but they never sent.

Another one burned. Order still unfulfilled. No response. Stay away and avoid their offers.

Unfortunately, these items are listed under numerous retail names -- JCMega and Pop Twice are two. I have been down this road before, and swear I will not do it again. Fortunately, I have used PayPal to pay for these, and they helped me with resolving the first issue. I had to ship the merchandise back, but was given a US address, which made the shipping cost minimal. I am currently involved in another dispute for the same reasons people have expressed here -- extremely poor quality, sizing just crazy. I am actually going to address this with PayPal that they might need to be a little more discriminatory in who they accept as a merchant.

Honestly a disappointment. The clothes looked nothing like in the pictures. It is likely that they have taken photos from different websites and put it on their own. Absolutely none of the clothes fitted properly, seemed unfinished, too short in certain places while too large in others on the same item. Not even worth trying to return and you can tell it is the kind of company that would make it impossible to return.

DO NOT BUY!!!!! Terrible in every way! The quality of the clothing is beyond poorly made with even cheaper materials. I sadly didn't do my homework before buying and all I can say now is what regret I have for not doing so. My order took over a month and when it finally arrived many of the items were ill fitting, poorly made and smelled terrible of must and/or chemical. I am currently in the process of trying to return many of the items and I am pretty sure that is a lost cause after what I have read on this site. I spent more than I would like to admit ($200) and they wanted me to keep the items and were willing to give me a discount towards future orders and $25 back... NO THANKS! Buyer be warned, STAY FAR AWAY!!!!

***Update, I have asked the Post Master to further investigate and bring charges against the owners of Mixpia for mail fraud. I had to dispute this purchase with my credit card company. Mixpia claimed they did not receive the certified mail, return receipt package. The post office in California near their office says they get similar multiple complaints A WEEK as this business gets the merchandise back, does not refund the money and lies when disputed that they did not get the package.***

If I could give a zero I would. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE! There is no customer service number to call. The online contact failed the first 4 times dumping all my information and questions when the captiva failed.
The package was delivered and the dress was seriously too short to wear without flashing and was 2+ sizes too big around, I am only 5'6" -- unacceptable. The fabric wrinkles heavily and it arrived wadded in a bag with strings and shredded fabric still attached to the dress. The sizing on each item was inconsistent and did not match the size chart.
Lastly, returns are not explained on the site. They require customers to email customer service... many times as they ignore the return request sending shipping information instead. Packing materials were minimal and were in Chinese. Again, no return/ exchange information.

SCAM. The item I ordered was not at all as pictured, the quality was absolutely terrible and see through. After many email exchanges with "customer service" they still refuse ro refund me my money and only offer a $5 refund "at most" on a $30 item only IF I pay shipping to return to return it myself as well. TRASH

is it a scam?
i have shopped on jojoruby site and i have made the payment too already. But then i did not receive any mail yet nor did i get any message on my number.I have tried to contact them around 5-6 times but then they are still not ready to solve my problem. I would suggest not to shop in this site. It was around 6734.43 amount and they are not even refunding it. please be careful guys

Do not order from this place.the quality is crap
and they do not respond to requests to return...AVOID!!

I am still waiting for my 2dress after 4months. The first one was transparents so I can't wear it. I dont have a solution from them, they only said a copy paste message with the same content, "you have to wait" 4months?

I ordered several items from saytoyo.com. They are terrible. Sizing is off, material is cheap and the clothes are poor quality - look nothing like the pictures. I tried to contact the company several times to get a return address label and have received no response. Truly one of the "too good to be true" sites.

its a terrible company i order 2 items since december 2018 i didnt receive them and 6 months later afrer 50 emails they ask me to pay the shippement to resend it again. its should me free for the inconvegance. son i ask my money back and they keep asking for payement the resend..
Thay company its not seriouse they stol money from clients and the size is never good ether the quality. Its june now 2019 and i still ask for refund but without succes

Yutoyo has not notified me of my order or responded to any emails i have sent. I was supposed to receive an email when shipped which was expected between 5-7 days and it's been 10 since order placed. I go onto my account and it says order unshipped lol. There is no phone number to call and speak to a person. I am going to call my credit card company and have them investigate and then block this company and get a refund. It's a scam.

Very disappointed! Ordered almost $180 of cute clothes, necklaces, shoes on 5/8/2019. Refunded $6.99 on 5/24/19 after l emailed on 5/8/19 that discount wasn't applied to purchase. Also refunded $174.92 on 5/24/19.l would have preferred receiving my order in a timely manner with updates being given more frequently on when order would be shipped. No communication (email or text)was received after 5/22/19 from the company as to the fact that they were cancelling order as of today, 6/1/19.

Do not order from here! They will not let you return anything despite the return policy saying you have 15 days. They won’t send me the return address and keep trying to bargain with me, offering to give me $10 and asking me to give the clothes to my friends. Such a scam!

I read the low reviews but still dared to try this out. it is 1.5 month after my order and nothing has arrived! the "contact us" section only has email and no phone number to call and at the end there is a verification code you need to enter, which gives an error no matter what you enter, so basically you cannot even send them a msg asking where you package is! the tracking says it is in China's international airport after 1.5 month, which is ridiculous! only buy from this website if you do not ever care receiving your item!

ps. I have logged in with my gmail where I made the purchase and now I cannot log in to it anymore it tells me there is no such an email on the website! I can only check my bag through the link they had send me by mail at the time of purchase!!
