Curses, foiled again. Not worth the money or the time it took to place the order. The clothes look so cute and stylish in the photos--and I'm more interested in the look than the price--but what I received was NOTHING like it. False advertising all the way. Total waste.

The dress I ordered does not even look like the model they show on their website, very cheap quality, I've been trying to reach them for about a week, and they do not respond, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I looked at the reviews before purchasing and they all had 5stars . I placed my order for 165dollars. I received part of my order and still waiting for the back order going on 3mos now and haven’t gotten a thing so i keep following up and customer service never want to address my order. As a matter of fact they insist I’ve received it and clearly I didn’t so no avail I ask for a refund and they said they’ll refund me 27 dollars for item that I paid for $33.99 . Legit scam site the clothing they show is not what the materials and it’s nowhere close to the pictures. So please if you don’t want to get scam do not order from monamc.com , not worth the trouble. Fake reviews, clothing is not worth the price. I have to donate everything that I received.

If I could give it zero stars I would.
I ordered a lace dress with lining and belt. I recieved a see-through piece of cloth without anything else. HORRIBLE

If I could give a zero I would! Sizes are way smaller than size chart, returning items is a joke, they claim they'll give you a refund, but still havent received mine, and also, I had an item arrive late and it was damaged! Zipper was broken and a belt loops was ripped. I contacted store and they made me send photos of item, they ONLY offered to give me 15% of damages item and they were going to still make me pay for shipping for that item!

Their company address does not exist according to Google Maps.

Ordered a shirt. Tracking information said it was supposedly shipped. Though I never received it!! I feel completely ripped off!! I think this is a complete scam!! Don't give these people any of your money!!

I ordered a dress. I had to email the company for a receipt and tracking number. When I received my dress, I did not like the fit. I began contacting the company for a return. Returns are to China! Not worth my money to ship the dress back, so I guess I'll be donating it to Goodwill. Don't waste your money on ordering from this site!

I took the express delivery for twenty dollars but nothing....
Than i wrote an email but they don't reply

I Am very unhappy with the itemsI recieved, awful quality, I cancel the third item as I was unhappy with first two. I still havent recieve refund for canceled item even when they promised they put it as priority as I was waiting for more than half a year for it.... now there another 3 months passed and my priority wasnt handeled yet.
Custumer service is very poor as well... I would recommand some legal services. Not refunding money for item that was canceled is actually stealing....

I am not satisfied with the quality of product neither with the Customer service team communication
It took a long time to received all items from my order, all items are bad quality and not matching the description. I asked for a full refund, they didn't process it. I would do a legal action

I paid a few hundred dollars and the clothes were crap! And I sent it back for a refund and NOTHING! I would like to take legal action on this company as it has wronged many people.

The top was supposed to be made of linen but it was 100% polyester in an awful colour

I live in Australia and have previously purchased a dress from Hotcoth. It hasn't been shipped and it has been a month. I have sent multiple emails and have heard nothing back. Upon entering the website again it has changed names to detail click. It seems to have changed names a number of times which could suggest the lack of bad reviews when searching the new names. Don't buy, definitely a scam.

This company does not meet American customer service standards, plus sizes run small, return postage to China is exorbitant - probably costing more than the item you purchased. You have to track down the information on how to return something via their website. They do not include the information with your invoice / pkg. Very very inefficient. Buyer beware.

Scammers. they supply two three items purchased. One completed stained on white dress they offered refund on third item and compensation refund on damaged goods. still waiting on refund since MAY. Lodged dispute via Paypal today got instant threat asking me to take my complaint back or else they wont refund. In not stupid. i didn't close the case, but reported that email as prove to paypal.

Scammers!! Bought $85 worth of clothing and only of the items ok. Emailed to return the rest and they gave me the run around on email for days and days. They FINALLY emailed back the return address in NY which I paid about $15. They said I would get a refund. I have emailed them the track number when I sent it back—and when to expect my refund. Crickets. Such a scam I’m so annoyed and should have known better than buying from this IG ad!

Garbage, in some items they put photos of models wearing a completely different shirt, in one example the model wears an original Ralf Lauren Polo and in the rest of the photos you can clearly see it's a different shirt of lesser quailty.
