Consumers do not waste your time ordering from this company. My first review of this company was correct deception by fashion. I mention in my first review that I wanted a refunded and mysteriously my account was refunded the amount of the item before I received the poorly constructed item that I assumed to be a dress. It is so paper thin I can wear it for a negligee(but it is not soft). I placed an order on April 4, I received the order on May 8 but it looks nothing like the pictures. I am so discussed that companies such as Loy Lifestyle, Loyscribe, deliberately defraud consumers and these type of companies should be shut down.
PS These are the same companies and if you and to send an email to complain about an order you will not be able to send the email because the catche is even phoney. Don't even think about calling.

Watch out for Jaskini.com! I suspect Jaskini is just another iteration of a FashionME website. I'm having the exact same experience as every other bad review posted here, and the item selection appears to be the same across all the aforementioned FashionMe websites. Jaskini falsely advertises delivery times and does not post customer reviews! I suspect all the reviews on their website to be fake. Jaskini advertises that items to the US arrive within 22 days of purchase (3-7 days to process + 10-15 days to ship.) One item that I ordered 24 days ago is still processing while the other two took 18 days to process and seem to be in the process of shipment, though they have been in Ontario, Canada (customs?) for five days now. I have been corresponding with Jaskini for over a week now and their customer service has failed to 1. Update my shipping address for the order that is still processing (I won't be in the same state anymore by the time it ships!), and 2. Agree or even acknowledge my request that they pay for express shipping for the final unshipped item (They have offered a $5 coupon if I cancel and replace the order with the updated shipping address, but the $5 coupon would not cover the cost of standard shipping, let alone express shipping, so they would actually make another $2.95 off me!) Unbelievable.

I placed an order and needed to return or exchange the order. The product is of poor quality and poor fit but I was willing to try another product if it would be better. When I filled out the communication page on their site and tried to send it I received an error notice and it wouldn’t send. I have reached out to Loyscribe many times with no response. I found our Fashion me is the parent company so I reached out to them. No response as of yet.
I am very disappointed with the product and their communication.

I sent 4 e-mails inquiring about my order that had been placed over a month ago and had not yet been shipped. It was not until I threatened to report them for fraud and flood the interned with reviews to notify as many people as possible about their very poor and unacceptable service that I got a response. My order was then immediately cancelled and a full refund was issued....no explanation, no apology.

Xi.com and PLUSPOLA.com, ORDERS.com and ORDERSDAY.com is same websites. They keep changing the name of website, because this company is base in China and sell cheap material dresses and don't give refund ,after coustomer makes complain . I will be leaving reviews every where with a photos attached, until they refund my money. PLEASE BE AWARE! I return the dress over 4 weeks ago, paid for a special delivery, and they saying dress didn't arrive.
My order number : OD6867SA. PLEASE take some actions, this is unacceptable.

I dont give reviews but just for this fashionMe i’ll stop by and say something.
I Ordered 2 dresses. I wish they sent me the pictures instead of the actual dresses.
First the dresses came one month later.
Second, what a wow. Even as pyjama i can’t wear them.
So i trashed them right after seeing them just to avoid the long refund story process.
PS that’s my story maybe Yours can be different

Very bad product useless and product was very very very bad

This is scam. Never received the clothes I ordered and they never payed me back. I lost my money to them.
I have tried to get my money back for nearly a year now, but its no point in comunicate with them. I consider my money as lost, but want to advice the rest of you to avoid this website.

This business is a complete scam.
Bought 10 items, 9 arrived.
Pictures of clothes on website look nice but the ones received are a cheap rip off version which look horrible.
I’m still waiting for my refund which has taken 7 weeks so far!
What a joke!

Ordered two dresses, nothing arrived.
When chased 6 weeks after placing the order (do note the 30 day delivery time!) - got sent a partial refund and no explanation.
Still waiting to find out where the rest of my refund is.

My complaint with FashionMe is that they are the same people who scammed me at berrylook.com. I found several websites they advertise their products on and continue to scam consumers under several different online shopping sites with different dot coms. Same fraudsters! I will destroy you!

Maybe this will get your attention and get you off your asses to exchange the item you received back from me in early February. What a POS company. Why don't you have one of your reps/owners/managers/minions/sanitation engineers call me. You already have all of the info you need to get in touch.

I am from Australia and have ordered products with this site on a number of occasions. I'm always thrilled with their promptness and also their turnaround time. I will definitely be continuing to order products with these guys and will recommend to friends.

I remember being confused on which clothesline to buy my sister shoes from during her birthday and a friend suggested that i try shopping with FashionMe. I don't regret shopping with the clothesline for they have the best products in terms of being fashionable. Their delivery is quick and their customer care service is awesome.I would advise you to shop with FashionMe.

Price is an important factor for me while shopping. And when it comes to clothes, the prices are high almost in every store. But FashionMe provides online shopping in fair price and also provides good quality as well. You can also get your order within some days and if you want to get it immediately then they will deliver it soon within your said time. Excellent collection of clothes will definitely grab your attention for buying from FashionMe.

Fraud! I bought 3 dresses for 80€, one is ok but still no worth 20€ the another 2 don't worth an euro both, really poor quality and lots of defects, I can't even use to clean the floor. I tried to talk with customer service nobody answer me so far. It has being more than a month already.

They sent me a message asking pictures as we can see below. I have just answered back. Let see.

FRAUD! SCAM! STOLE MY MONEY! Do not trust this company. The goods are either fake or do not arrive at all. Still waiting for my refund. I have reporting this company to the Authorities!

THIS IS FAKE! Stole all of my money and keep pretending they will give it back. Do not purchase these goods, the ones that do arrive are terrible quality and fake, or the others will not arrive. If I could leave a negative star I would.
