I purchased 3 dresses for my wife

I purchased 3 dresses for my wife, was suppose to be a birthday gift. Received the tracking information but nothing in system when checked. Long wait in receiving package. In my case, never got package. After a month, missed birthday still no resolve. This company refuses to refund me and insist its my postal service fault when item are stolen. In my case the package was not insured! by them. Tried to get them to see if they ship, they need to ship insured or give customers the option to insure since they DO NOT REFUND on stolen or lost goods. This company dishonest!

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever! Never even try!
they divide my order in I dint know how many times. I am trying to get information about the whole situation but they dont give it clear. Of course i order it the 2nd of december and paid express of course only receive shipment tracking number TODAY!
I asked for explanation and nothing. I work in customer service and this is the worst experience ever. Do not use it.

Ordered 2 dresses on 11th Dec

Ordered 2 dresses on 11th Dec paying £25 for 3-7 days delivery as needed them for Xmas parties, had nothing! Money has been taken from my bank but no dresses! I emailed around 21st and got no reply! Terrible, wouldn’t touch these again🤬🤬🤬

Terrible products

Terrible products. The only reason I’m giving 1 star is because zero is not an option. Dresses are misshapen and made from materials suitable for cheap curtains. Save your money, go to Zulily instead.

I needed to shop for my gf and I loved…

I needed to shop for my gf and I loved the clothes I got from Fashionme! They have got some exciting products and my gf loved them too! I think I will have to purchase some more from them now! Exceeded my expectations. the prices are quite reasonable but they took like 10 days to deliver so I would give 4 stars but overall I had a pleasant experience and I'll definitely order again.

Horrible customer service. NO RETURNS

I received my order pretty quick. My problem is with the returns. I need to return 3 dresses. I kept contacting the company over 3 times, I haven't got any, ANY respond. I contacted over email and also I left 2 messages in their website. The quality of the clothes is regular. I prefer YOINS: better quality, great customer service

My Fable shirt arrived today. I immediately fell in love with the gorgeous fabric, but STILL thought I would be disappointed with the way it fit me. But when I put it on, I couldn't believe it -- it draped so beautifully across my chest and stomach, but fit perfectly in the arms and across the shoulders -- it made me look so elegant!! Really disappointed! I want my refund

Really disappointed. Gives online fashion retailers a bad name. I ordered at the beginning of November and took a whole month to arrive. When I finally received my package, the dresses were completely different from the images on their website- the sizes, colour and material. I have emailed Fashionme loads to get their returns address and all I was getting as a response was 'why do you want to return' to which I responded a few times. Then they offered me a £30 voucher to spend on the site - I spent £108 on my order which I didn't like at all, so I don't want to order any other items. Then I logged a complaint with PayPal and they finally emailed me the returns address but offered me £50 back so I don't need to return the items, which was overruled by PayPal who confirmed Fashionme need to give me a full refund for my order. I have returned the items on 6th December and sent them my tracking number and now they are trying to convince me to cancel my PayPal claim before they refund me. Fashionme, I will cancel my claim after you refund me, not before! And if you don't refund me quickly I will make sure everyone knows that you are scamming decent honest customers!

Stay away from this scam!
I placed an order end of September and by now, mid December, half of it still hasn’t arrived. Reaching out to customer service, they take no responsibility and tell me I’m the one who need to check where it is. In addition, they declare 10$ to customers which will lead a majority of parcels to be stuck at customs and you will be asked to pay an additional fee.
The products themselves have nothing to do with the pictures on the website. It’s very low quality, both in the fabrics and sewing.
It’s a total scam and you will waste money on it. So stay away if you don’t want to throw money out the window...

Do NOT order from them. Poor quality, lots of wait time, horrible customer service

I placed a $300 online. Took a month to get the items. When I opened them, I found the worst quality ever. Clothes looked like kids made them in a garage in the backyard. Fabric was horrible. Many of the items didn’t even have a label. Now I’m trying to return them. I’ve yemailed them several times asking for an address to send the items. No response. I’ve probably lost my $300.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM. TOTAL CRAP. And horrible customer service.

Scammers

I gave it 1 star and that's because i received the top. It was bad quality and it didn't fit. I asked for a refund and they told me it was too expensive for me to ship back and that they will give me a refund of $7. It was 6mths ago and no refund! Everytime i enquired they said that the accounts dept is slow! I wonder why? Dont buy from them. The quality is crap and if it doesn't fit your stuck with the garment! Forget a refund!
