I ordered nearly $600 of merchandise from them and their tracking system does not work. Their only responses to me continued to be "here is your tracking information" and I kept trying to tell them the page was broken, it is only an error page! I have not received my items and it has been a month. Very unhappy and it looks like I have lost this $600.

I have never had so much trouble with an online order. I made my Fashionme purchase on 11/18/18, and now it's almost a month later and I still haven't recieved it (12/11/18). They claimed it went to the nearest post office, but I checked three post offices and nothing has come through. I ordered three items and nothing has shown up yet.

FRAUD!!!!STAY AWAY TO PROTECT YOUR MONEY!!!!

I made a purchase in July 2017, it took almost two months to receive two clothes with the worst quality I had ever met.
I returned the items end of August and since then they keep saying they have problem with the system and cannot refund me! Four months now!!!
Today I received the following e-mailDear customer,

Since your payment was completed more than 6 months, we cannot directly refund to you from our account. We need to contact Paypal to issue the refund.

This may take some more time and we will complete it asap and keep you informed timely.

THEY KEEP POSTPONING THE REFUND, IT'S A HUGE FRAUD!!!!!!

I placed an order with this site which I never received, however they took a payment from my account. When i emailed them asking where my item was they said the order was pending while awaiting payment. I have sent them the bank transaction id numerous times yet they still ask for it over & over. They are just a scam and have no intention of paying the money back. My bank have confirmed that they took the money and have now sent this to their fraud department to deal.

Unacceptable.the cloths are really different (shorter and larger than what I have read on the descriptions),materials are very cheap,they don’t change even the size(you have to pay the delivery ),they try non to change promising you a refound that you won’t see even in 100 years

This company and its affiliates are fraudulent.
They are using multiple social-media sites to wrongfully advertise.
*They do not respond to emails or requests to cancel an order.
*They either do not provide shipping information or fake shipping information.
*You will not receive any of the items you purchase.
*They will not refund you.

DO NOT PURCHASE from this company.
Go REPORT their pages on social media to help stop the scam!

Even if I paid extra for faster shipping and after 1 month I didn't receive a valid tracking number . Don't waist your money!

A friend asked me to try them out anytime I wanted to shop online so I opted to do so when I needed some new tops for my night work shifts. My experience here was a bliss and worth it. They are extremely tidy with information and go that extra mile to give more than what was expected.

It was cool shopping here. I had no issues with the site navigation and my delivery came quickly too. I would definitely try them out again and leave feedback if anything changes, but for now, they keep to their words.

Good luck trying to return items. I've asked for a week how to return with no replies. Site return info is vague. 4th follow up is a charm.

I got a whole lot of exquisite tops at affordable prices on Swankmyway and it even got better.. I was given a free gift after my third purchase. If you want to get good clothes for less, I think you should look at shopping here.

Same as Clare D'Onofrio, I am very disappointed with your service as well! I ordered on November 3 and received a message on November 20th that it was shipped. However, I still have not received anything in the mail. I have tried sending a couple of emails and no one has responded. Please make sure you all are aware of these inconvenience before ordering. My order is close to $80 USD and I am concerned that if they will even refund it since I have not received anything.

UPDATE after THEIR response - in the response they are saying that an email was sent... that was a LIE!!! I double check my emails and I don't see a response from them!!! I have to say that this online site will have to be taken down period. Can anyone point me to legal action against this fraud? Thanks.

I am very disappointed with your service, this is the first time I ordered from your website. I ordered a top on October 31, 2018 and received an email on Nov.16, 2018 stating it was shipped. when I clicked on the tracking number it says this server is not available, can you please let me know when I will receive my top?????

You don't deserve even 1 star.I ordered 2 dresses and only one came which was completely different from the picture.I want my money back but nobody answers me

I have been in an email chain with them since July 13th 2018. 59 emails later and i have still not received my refund in which i asked for when they failed to send me the order i requested.
I keep on getting the same replies over and over again:
Your refund has been marked as priority = 9 times
Could you please wait a few more days = 9 times
We will keep you informed = 7 times
Our finance systems have not been working = 3 times
I promise you will receive your refund = 4 times.
I have asked for them to send the email trail to the person in charge of this so called company but my emails get ignored and i get another generic email same as before.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!

Terrible brand, fake system!! Do not buy anything from them!!!!!!!!!

I am completely disappointing about your brand. I have ordered products and paid €126.52 on 2nd of November, It past 28 days I did not receive anything yet. When I checked the delivery system it is written it delivered. But I did not receive anything still I asked my 4 neighbors about package from Fashion.me, but nothing solved. If your delivery system is not fake, it means that the package was disappeared like a ghost. Because nobody saw any packages. Any information about delivering was not send me.

I have sent them 15 mails about this problem. They never replied, shame!!!

i think FashionMe is one of the best online shops around recently i ordered two of the dresses.which were excellent quality and and got delivered on time as well.their clothes fitting are really good.the communication with the customer services was satisfactory.the sizes were available.these are all the things i expect from the online stores and fashionme is just perfect for me.i would definately order from them in near future.and recommend others too.

Fashionme.com a cool online store for any online shopping lover. The thing which makes fashionme.com different from others is the quality and the fashion sense. Their product are seems to be custom made so selection is very easy. Once you wear it, fitting is so comfortable with luxury feel.

A terrible site, terrible quality of clothes and terribly sewn together. If I had known i would have never bought from them.

Amazing quality and exactly as described, feels luxurious. I liked the color of the coat, the way it fits on me, the collar & length is perfect. I can't believe the quality for the price.. it's an amazing coat. I am happy with my purchase
