Very quick and efficient service

Very quick and efficient service from my chat assistant, Jinky. I have to say that, while domain related issues are frustrating, in around 15 years of hosting with FastHosts I can count on one hand the number of problems I've had and, thanks to operators like Jinky, they are always sorted in the quickest manner.

Extra patient & Soft spoken

The customer advisor took extra time to painstakingly resolve an issue on my account that has lingered for a long while. He was patient, spoke softly with kind words. I will always ask for him - Christian, anytime i have a cause to speak to Customer care again.

I cannot speak highly enough of Fasthosts.

I cannot speak highly enough of Fasthosts and there staff, always happy and helpful. Understanding the nature of business and the pitfalls of managing a sometimes tight cash flow, making allowances to support me and allowing me to continue using vital services that keep my business running is something money can't buy. Jessie went above and beyond for me today and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves for her understanding and support.

Incredible customer support by Jem!

I needed to fix a domain issue and was connected to Jem on the live chat. Jem spent over an hour trying different solutions and recommending different plugins for me to try - Jem ended up resolving the issue for me!
