Extremely helpful staff and great value
My wife and I visited the Banbury FatFace shop, to check on my size, before ordering online, as part of the sale. I chose to 'Click and collect', and waited a few days, which was good.
I received an email telling me when my order was delivered to the Banbury store.
It fits well, was a great bargain (£25 instead of£55), and is very comfortable. Brilliant all round. Thanks.

Amazing service from Harriet
Amazing service from Harriet. Purchased a coat at an alternative store, Banbury store processed return with no problems and ordered a new one online for me. Unfortunately order was cancelled due to an admin error and sold out however Harriet traced me a new one and went out of her way to have it shipped to Banbury despite almost everywhere being out of stock. Above and beyond customer service. Thank you Harriet I was warm and snuggley in the recent snow thanks to you!
