Great customer service from a lovely young Man.
I had 3 items to return that I’d had for about 6 weeks(as I paid by Klarna) and I was worried it was too late to return them but it was absolutely fine and sorted and a full refund given.
I use FatFace regularly as the clothes really are great quality and last years. Always great service!

Amanda the lady who served me went above and beyond, only a couple of my gift cards scanned through as having any credit on them ,this was due to them being old style gift cards from a supermarket. Amanda manually typed them in and they all held a monetary value.
