This was at Grand Central...AMANDA
This was at Grand Central, Birmingham. I had been everywhere to find a dress for my Mother's funeral. All have glitter in, as that time of year. AMANDA at Fatface was AMAZING,she helped me, went into stock room and bought out a selection, she then helped me, talked to me, as she could see I was struggling, I ended up buying two dresses. She was absolutely the best person in the world...she stayed with me throughout, even in dressing room to advise me. What a star.

Great all round!
Clothes are great, website is great and the staff in store are also great.
Ordered a few pieces online, needed to change one item to a different size so popped to the store near me to exchange and it was all handled brilliantly.
The quality of the clothes is also great, really just so happy with everything!

Very pleased with my recent purchases from FatFace. I regularly shop at this store and although more expensive than your average men's high street outlet, I feel you always get value for money and helpful in-store customer service. Also, the store's continuing and genuine commitment to provide a safe shopping environment.
The only thing I would say is that I'm usually a UK L size, but found that I prefer a XL which offers a better, more comfortable fit more in keeping with the relaxed styling of the menswear range. This is by no means a criticism - just my preference.

Couldn't do a straight exchange or…
Couldn't do a straight exchange or refund in store due to paying by PayPal! It may be written in small print....but needs to clearer on website. Birmigham Store manager was excellent. But having to then walk distance to post office and queue to return parcel took too long. I will not be ordering from fat face again! And will advise friends also not to use online services! And fatface lost out on my exchange purchase! Poor service!

I always have a great experience in this store. The staff are lovely, helpful and not pushy. They also give my 2 year old daughter stickers and are really kind but not over the top with her. The range in store is great and really well laid out.
