Fairly painless, good all round experience - just a bit of a wait for the 2nd item to be available

I usually buy Fat Face clothes because although pricier than some other retailers, they are stylish and quality so last longer. Size can be inconsistent so always best to try on first. Never a problem... See more

Great products, great quality, great fit (as usual). Lovely staff too. I hope they don't change their styles too much.

FatFace clothes are fabulous. The dress I bought was wonderful: a great fit, nice muted floral pattern which can be dressed up or down. The floaty sleeves are great for summer and for us older women without great muscle tone to show off.

Helpful, friendly staff. Was advised that additional sizes may still be available online when I couldn’t find my size in stock so was able to purchase the item in time for a weekend party - thank you!

I actually went into the store in Bluewater looking for dresses, as I know that pockets are usually a feature which is so overlooked by most brands. However, nothing caught my eye except a pair of black cargo type trousers (sorry, I don't recall the style name). I tried them on, they were a pretty good fit - unusual for me as I'm definitely pear shaped and most trousers are way too big around the waist or far too tight across the hips and thighs. Loved these more and more as I wore them, so took the plunge and ordered a couple more pairs of trousers online; different styles and fabric, so I wasn't sure if I'd be lucky again. Bingo! I've found my trouser retailer finally. The last pair of trousers which fit this well were bought in Vancouver and that's a long way to go, even if it is totally worth the trip.

Good tip from the staff in Fatface that click and collect delivery would be quicker to the Next store. However, the staff in the Next store were not so efficient. They bought the order out promptly but then stood quite some distance from the group of people waiting for collections but called the names so quietly it was difficult to hear her.
The item itself is a Christmas gift so I’ll have to wait and see what the reaction is.
