You was unable to fulfill my order so sent me a refund voucher (I paid with gift card) & a 15% off offer.
Went to spend at store & had tough time ,they said I had to use voucher online?
I stood my ground and eventually they took voucher as part payment.
Wouldn't take the 15% off though because all the items were in the sale. I think this is unfair because my original purchase was sale items

I love Fat Face clothes and it was…
I love Fat Face clothes and it was great to shop in the store in Bluewater.
I like the Ivy t shirts and wanted to buy more.
They now seem to be much longer and I bought size 12 instead of 14.
I bought some more wide trousers with the elastic waist so comfortable.
The staff in the store were lovely and very helpful.

Daughter delighted
Ordering was easy and i was kept informed of progress. I picked up from the store which was no problem. The hoodie was a gift to my daughter and she was delighted with the quality, fit and colour.

Lovely tops and great service both online and in store
Ordered online. Delivery was very prompt and tops lovely. There was a bit of difference on the sizes - both tops were the same style - just different colours but one was far larger than the other. However, I was able to exchange in store very easily.

Great Cargo Shorts as Always
I already have several pairs of FatFace cargo shorts. The fit, material, range of colours and workmanship are all first class and they're reasonably priced.

I wish I had more money
Fatface have really come up trumps this year, lots of beautiful colourful clothes. I love the quality of Fatface clothing and the fit of their beautiful dresses. I always feel good in their clothing.
I can always find something to buy in their shops, staff always friendly and helpful.
