I have always loved the quality of FatFace clothes and my new trousers are no exception.

I can’t rate the Bury St Edmunds store FatFace staff highly enough. Always friendly and helpful at every visit, today Sarah at the store went the extra mile.
I had visited looking for an Ecru denim jacket, but there were none left. Some were returned shortly after I left. Remembering that I had visited specifically looking for one (I am far too frequent a visitor!), Sarah contacted me and offered to hold the size that I was seeking to give me time to rush back and purchase!

I am a nightmare when it comes to trying on clothes and always need opinions from the staff with what they think and they always soo great with me. I can’t remember names but there are two members of staff that stick in my mind that are fantastic though all staff are fab in there. Two new younger staff are in there now and they are great and so helpful too. :-)

Amazing customer service at the Bury St Edmunds store today. Shopping with a toddler is tricky but shopping with two is almost impossible so thank you for the way you interacted with them both while their Mum sorted out some new clothes for herself. The dinosaur stickers were a big hit but your conversation with them while they waited was just amazing! Thank you again. And yes, Mum was delighted with her new outfits 😍

Easy to place order and good notification when it was in store to collect. Staff very helpful.

Usually buy shorts in Crew but went to compare in Fatface. Was welcomed by assistant on entry. Browsing the range when he politely offered to help and explained sizing and availability of fitting rooms. Didn't have the size in the colour I liked so then arranged delivery at no extra charge. Smooth transaction/in and out in ten minutes.
Unpushy and efficient service appreciated.

Aayliah greeted me as soon as I entered the shop! She immediately made me feel welcome! Then she helped me find a top which I could not see in the store. She waited for me to try it on without putting pressure on me. She was very complimentary and encouraging. I think she is very good at her job. I shop a lot at fat face and she is by far the best employee in all the stores! I wish she lived near petersfield in my local store

Although this store is quite small and doesn't stock the full FatFace range, including short lengths, the staff are always so friendly and helpful. The changing rooms are clean and spacious, however, a second mirror would be helpful in seeing the back view. Always a pleasure to shop FatFace

Whether ordering online or buying in store FatFace have some really nice designs and are quality products. Sometimes it is the only place I buy things from.

Very helpful assistant, and knowledgeable. Returned an item of clothing which didn’t suit me so returned it. Email for a full refund was in my email inbox before I even got home. Definitely 5 stars.
