Fatface - my favourite shop!
Love Fatface clothes but don’t often get the chance to shop instore these days. Bury St Edmunds Fatface is a great shop, the staff are always friendly and chatty and the store always looks immaculate. Found a pair of my favourite jeans in the sale at a bargain price - their girlfriend jeans are lovely quality denim and so comfortable. Was very tempted by a gorgeous jumper but that may have to go on my Christmas wish list for now. I also received a money off voucher for use in January so maybe that jumper ….

Visited FatFace in Bury St Edmunds. Staff were friendly and helpful offering alternative colour and size of the boots i was trying on. Bought the boots and a top with a money off birthday voucher. Was wished a happy birthday at the till.

Love FatFace clothes
Love FatFace clothes. Great designs and quality. The dungarees fit perfectly as do my husband's trousers. Both were a good price. All staff in my local store, Bury St Edmunds, are friendly and professional. Ordering on line works well too.

The shirt was lovely but too big
The shirt was lovely but too big. Unfortunately you did not have a smaller size but my local shop took back the return with no argument . Very pleased with the service and will definitely buy from Fat Face again.

Amazing customer care.
I ordered the dress through Bury St Edmunds branch to be sent direct to me as they didn’t have my size in stock. When it arrived (really quickly) it was far too big so I contacted customer care and they arranged for the smaller size to be sent out the very next day. It was perfect and I returned the large one back to the Bury St Edmunds store. I would like to praise both the customer care team, especially Liam and Sarah the Bury St Edmunds store manager for their brilliant service. Thank you both so much and the dress is fabulous.
