Bought a lovely top today. Quality is as good as ever. I usually shop in Whitstable but today visited the Canterbury store. The man that served me wasn’t to Fatface’s usual standard. Maybe he was new and just needs more training, but he really needs to brush up on his social skills. No please, no thank you, didn’t offer me a bag to put my purchase in, and clearly didn’t like me not wanting to part with my email address.

Well the changing room are comfortable
Well the changing room are comfortable, plenty of room in them. The staff are always friendly but don't 'hover'around when you are looking at the clothing and didn't have to wait around to be served.
