Called in last week on one of my rare trips into Canterbury. I'm not usually a fan of shopping in person as I like to avoid the crowds that come with it. My experience in FatFace in Canterbury was a breath of fresh air. The store was so well presented and all the staff were amazing. A lady (Sky?) was really helpful, she went above and beyond what I'd expect from store staff. I was carrying too much to be able to browse comfortably so she helped me, we spoke about what I was looking for and she advised with clearly a lot of experience of what works for my shape (even though my shape is very different from her own). I ended up buying more than I went in for but I don't regret it for one minute because I had such a great time and the clothes are so perfect for me. It was like having a personal shopper there just to help me!
Its enough to make me want to go into the City to shop again because you just don't get that level of service if you order online, well worth going to the store. If only all stores were so lovely to shop in! Well done FatFace for having such great staff!

Lovely smart/casual clothing shop, went to shop for the family holidays, I must say the staff were all friendly and polite, the exception was a staff member who made my whole experience one to smile about! She was very attentive, friendly and had a real excitement and love for the company, the clothing and her fellow staff. They all seemed like genuine friends which made for a really relaxed shop…. And my dog was invited in too! Thank you to all at Fatface Canterbury, but a special thank you for excitement and joy you brought with you Sky! You did make us laugh!

Was served by charming and very personable lady called Emily ( Canterbury Store ) . We had a great chat and a good laugh . Fat face have got an amazing employee and there should be more like her .
She was patient , kind, understanding and an absolute credit to company , schooling and parents . Thank you .

It was a really pleasant visit, as I told the sales assistant (Swedish) what I was looking for and she was most helpful and honest in what would go with what and wether it looked good or not. We visit from Norway. In Fatface was very pleasant and friendly and clean. Nice quality on clothes. Staff very good, one blonde staff spoke Swedish so helped us lots, we spent over £200 in shop. We visited this shop on Pride weekend. Mandy, Skye and other young girl very nice, polite. I do recommend this store, the clothes and definitely the staff. My shoes helped up by Skye, bag by Mandy. Nice girls. Thank you. We leave our email too.

Returned items without issue, exchanged them with the professional and friendly team at Canterbury, I don’t live near by, but was visiting my friends here, it’s always a nice and friendly atmosphere to shop and browse in - loving the new shop fitting too! The two staff members that shone for me were Ben and Skye, what a team they make together! Thank you Fatface. I went to Jack Wills after, the difference was unfortunate, no customer greeting, staff members too busy gossiping together to even notice me at the till!

Couldn't do any more to help! Friendly service. Looked up online and went for same in store, unsuccessfully. Assistant could not do any more to find item. Ended up buying one of what I was looking for, a totally different item and some extras, so well done and thank you.

Quick delivery 4days, hadn’t got energy to visit local fatface branches so this was most useful

Poor service in your Canterbury shop today. Assistant refused to extend gift card expiry date to allow for lockdown, she said she wasn’t allowed to. She said I could phone Customer Service, I asked her if she could ring them on my behalf, but she wouldn't to that either. I asked if I could speak to the manager, but she said they wouldn’t be able to authorise it, so she couldn’t/wouldn’t go and get them. On a positive note, I left the shop called Customer Service and your advisor resolved it within 5 mins over the phone without any problem. Perhaps you should give your sales staff, managers the same empowerment.
