Honest kind helpful staff
This store stocks all the fat face range. The staff are so helpful. Genuinely give opinion when I wasn’t sure of a dress I tried on they agreed not right for me and helped me find something that suited me better. That honestly made me a regular shopper.

Lily Cardigan in White .
The rating for this review is not for the store but for the information provided on your website!. The store is so helpful in every way. I had been into the store to find the Lily cardigan an in white but unfortunately it was not available. I tried on another colour just to find out if it suited me and also what size I may need.
It looked very nice and also a useful item to have in my wardrobe.
The lady in the shop said she could order a white one for me, but I w anted to think about it fir a day or two. I eventually ordered one in white online. When it arrived, very quickly I must say , I opened the well wrapped parcel to find it was not white!. It wasn’t not even Ivory. It looked like a cream cardigan. Your description is totally inaccurate and misleading on your website. This was very disappointing to me and also time wasting.
I returned it to the store and have been given a refund.
Not a happy customer!.

I love Fatface
I love Fatface. The clothes are always unique, the variety, value for money and designs are fab. Wish they had more stores near me but it’s worth the journey but I do buy so much online.

Disappointed.
I found these jeans not suitable for my shape at all. To make matters worse when I took them back to a Fat Face shop for a refund I was turned away because I paid through PayPal. None of this is stated on the returns slip. Very disappointed.

Super helpful as always , efficient friendly staff . Sorted my returns quickly from postal order , happily enquired about a belt that had not arrived, (for home delivery) due to out of stock in store & e mail not received - promptly refunded me, once we discovered it was now discontinued .
