The two ladies in the shop we’re absolutely fantastic, I had a small issue with a return and they were so helpful, approachable engaged personable and efficient
Unfortunately I don’t know their names but it’s important they hear this feedback, as the return was being made they kept my two year old granddaughter entertained - I buy from Fatface frequently but the service I had today will encourage me to give my custom to the Chelmsford branch rather than go on line - thank you

Nice shorts which I am am happy about
Nice shorts which I am am happy about. However I originally bought them on the website and had bought the wrong size. There was no paper work with it and I was directed to take them back to the store. I did that and was expecting I could swap them for a larger size.
They said that I would have to buy another pair and then be refunded which all seemed rather unneccessary

Fatface harley puffa coat
Easy to order, quick delivery, always super friendly staff. Amazing coat, kept my eye on to come into the sale in my size, size 8, fit is perfect, I sized down as came up too big in a 10. So cosy and warm.

I saw the blouse on line first - went into store to try on to check fit and quality - I liked both so bought the blouse - great result … the staff were really helpful and recognised me from previous shopping expeditions - even nicer.
