Beautiful prints, wish I could have them all!
I used click and collect which was quite convenient although obviously I had to drive to the nearest Next to get my delivery. I was surprised that there was a charge for delivery when I spent over £100. Returning was very convenient as I could return to store straightaway.
Fatface items are generally quite expensive at full price and seem to have increased in price generally. I would not be inclined to buy them at full price as I doubt it reflects the quality. I am a loyal Fatface supporter as my wardrobe is full of Fatface but I do find items shrink in the wash. Beautiful prints though on the majority of Fatface clothes.

LOVE these sandals!
Picked these up in store with no problems, very friendly staff.
The sandals are so comfy and fit perfectly. The cushioned sole is life changing.
Great quality and a bargain for real leather.
I've been wearing these constantly since buying.

Fat Face purchase and return
Website easy to navigate.
We returned the jeans to the Chelmsford branch and got a new pair sent to the branch. The staff were lovely and sorted out the refund while my husband was trying on the new jeans. Super friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing customer services & good range of items
I have always had a pleasant experience every time I visited the Chelmsford branch. All staff are so professional & welcoming & it's a pleasure to visit this shop.
The lady who dealt with me last Wednesday was so helpful, I was running slightly late to collect my item but the lady agreed to stay behind for few minutes till I came. She didn't have to do that. so I am really grateful for this gesture.

Friendly helpful staff. I luckily benefit from the Autumn sales as i have family in Australia and the weather is getting warmer by the day. Perfect for picking up summer items for my daughter, gran-daughter and son-in-law. My Daughter says you cannot beat the style and quality.

Staff always very helpful
Staff always very helpful - I was after a couple of items in the sale and they looked for them at other local shops for me. Sadly, I couldn’t get one item and unfortunately my online order was cancelled

Reduced the amount of fabric so go up a size!!!
Really like FatFace mens linen shirts so I ordered what I thought was the same product as last year except the cut aa different and considerably less material. I was very disappointed as I then had to go to the store and try the shirts on to find the right fit. I am now happy
