Really like FatFace mens linen shirts so I ordered what I thought was the same product as last year except the cut aa different and considerably less material. I was very disappointed as I then had to go to the store and try the shirts on to find the right fit. I am now happy

Ordered a dress in the sale but sadly…
Ordered a dress in the sale but sadly came up too big and was gutted. Sadly despite it being still available in other stores up north you don’t do postage from your stores! Real shame as dress was perfect and lined !!!

I had a lovely time looking at everything in the shop, and the two ladies working that day were marvellous, helpful and friendly even though I must have been in there for over an hour before I made my purchases.

Great clothes but where's my discount
High street shops are great - and so is the ease of ordering the correct size via the internet store. Quality and style is great. However, I joined online as a member in the shop on the advertised promise of a significant first discount which did not appear. I contacted customer service who said that this would not be available for 48 hours. Still haven't seen it.

Rude middle aged man at the tills
On entering the Store it looked like a mess
I had an issue with a staff member not doing their job a late white 30s middle aged man with papers and clipboards in his hands was messing about on the tills without serving me, I wanted to pay for some items and I headed to till to pay and he made wait I let him know I was ready he looked at me and remarked something quite rude ‘someone else will come help you’ and then proceeded to shout across the store to a staff member hanging up clothes to come help me out. He was so overly rude.
He forced another person to serve me when the tills had no other waiting customers and he was the only one on the tills.
Another member of staff came to help me and they were lovely.
Oh the other hand this middle aged man, he left me waiting even though he could have helped very rude guy, not very helpful.
Never go here, Colchester is more welcoming.
