Pleasant and helpful staff
I ordered a garment online and it arrived very fast. The staff in the Chelmsford store are always very friendly and try to be as helpful as they can. My daughter and I shop there a lot.

PayPal refunds are clunky and sizing a bit off.
I popped into the store to return an online order but was told that it couldn't be processed in store because I paid with PayPal, which was slightly annoying. Apart from that, the cashier was friendly and super helpful, and even packaged up and labelled my return for me so I could just drop it at the post office. My refund was quick once the parcel was received, it's just a shame the boots I ordered (size 6 as the website said they came up a little small and I'm usually a 5 1/2) were far too small!

Easy to use website. Easy to order. Received my order 4 days later. What’s not to love about that and Fat Face cloths are always well made easy to wear, wash and iron well.
