Ordered a pair of slip-ons online, they were a size bigger. Called Chelmsford's outlet for an exchange, excellent customer service from the phone call to collection. 'Tracy or Fiona' can't recall name of lovely lady who served me.
Some big companies tell you if ordered online, return it online, which could be a hassle and takes a long time to be sorted.

Holiday Wear
Bought Grandchildren T shirts on line for their up and coming holiday. Really easy procedure and arrived on time. The quality is second to none and the colours are gorgeous. The flamingo design and the turtle marine conservation are very original and kids loved them all.

So helpful at this store
I went to change an item (a gift) at this outlet, discovered it hadn’t been purchased there but they couldn’t have been more helpful and changed the item anyway. So kind and attentive, I certainly didn’t feel like a nuisance, although I obviously was!

Not particularly helpful staff - one member is staff agreed to do an exchange and then another disagrees as the item had been bought online - really could have been more helpful and polite - not great! Chelmsford branch.

I’ve bought FF clothes for many years now, mostly tops and knitwear I’ve never been able to wear dresses as I can’t find them to fit. However, this past year I have purchased four from FF, all the same style but different colours and patterns. I love them so much
