Superb., Brilliant.. We have been purchasing Fatface clothes since 1988 .. and in those days we had to travel to the West Country from the South of England . So its proof in the pudding how excellent the customer service is, coupled with excellent quality of clothes’ A huge thank you.. FATFACE ..

I absolutely love my dress, it is super comfy, stylish and flattering. I teamed it with trainers and a denim jacket and received lots of compliments. It made me feel girly, confident and fun. It washes well, it does need ironing - but I won’t hold that against it! Lol it’s a little pricey but you really do get what you pay for in terms of quality most of the time and it really does feel well made and well designed. The stripes go all the right ways to be flattering and the pockets are a massive bonus!

Chelmsford store………Visited to bring back a return and left with 2 more items! Served by a lady with short blonde hair very chatty, helpful and knew her stuff. Bought 2 items I wasn’t planning on simply because of her excellent customer service and the fact it looked great on her as she was wearing one of the items! Will definitely be back thank you

The Chelmsford team (Debbie, Deb & Jo S) are a credit to the Fat Face family! Always so helpful and friendly, they go above and beyond to help their customers! Shopping in there is a really positive experience.

The online presence seems better at providing products than the store, although they had no stock of the item I wanted & were unable at the time to order it for me- even they tried to be helpful.
Maybe it's just the way of the world now?
But I got what I needed from the website & delivered quickly even if only notified 30mins before it turned up !
