Chester store staff friendly but efficient..Will revisit next time in Chester .
Visited Chester store to purchase Arden ankle boots in the sale. Did not have my size to try but the staff could not have been more helpful..making sure they were still in stock online and giving me the product code so could order them quickly. Very quick delivery and I'm not disappointed..the boots are excellent quality would definitely recommend.

Returned a pair of Boots to Chester…
Returned a pair of Boots to Chester Fatface store as the fit was not quite right and therefore uncomfortable.
Once home I reviewed my on-line banking and rather than have a refund, I had been charged for the Boots. I telephoned the shop and was advised due to data protection I had to return to the store to sort out a refund. I then had to travel back to Chester, 30 minutes away, pay for parking and return to the store. I had no apology from the shop assistant or the Manager for the great inconvenience and cost that I had to incur, the staff stating it was human error! Terrible service.
