Even though i love shopping at Fatface…
Even though i love shopping at Fatface i am left very disappointed by the customer service.
I was promised an email to rectify an old voucher i have that would be repleced and 2 weeks later still waiting for my communication from customer services.......I will not call help line again as was waiting for over an hour with no joy..!!!!
Come on Fatface get your Customer Service up to scratch with your stores!!!
