Very helpful and welcoming staff in Colchester fatface shop where I collected my dress. I asked if they minded if I tried it on in the fitting room, which was fine. Dress is lovely, the right weight of fabric and hangs nicely.

Placing online order was easy and NHS discount was applied on already reduced price items,which was great!!!! Great communication through emails and timely delivery of click and collect. Store was inviting and very clean despite downpour outside and ladies serving me were exceptionally polite.
