Lovely Experience
Maxine was extremely friendly and helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Maxine was pleasant to pass the time of day with at the till after finding some lovely bargains in the sale today at the Daulton Park outlet. It all makes for a lovely experience. Thank you, Maxine. I love my pale blue cardigan.

Visited Dalton Park outlet store last Saturday. Bought one dress and ordered another two online due to a recommendation by Anna. She was amazing and so helpful. I was looking for evening wear for a cruise and she found exactly the items I was looking for - also they were in the sale and such good value and style . She deserves a bonus. Thank you so much. Eye rings ordered
Called into Fatface at Dalton Park for a pair of ear rings for my wife . None in stock but the very helpful assistant told me I could order them in store and collect them at a later date. Picked them out at the till , paid and ordered there and then. Great service all round 👍

Visited the store today which was set out lovely and very organised. I was served by Maxine who was lovely, she showed me a top to go with the trousers I’d picked up and after trying them on I purchased both. Maxine was a sweetheart, so friendly and helpful. Great Customer Service at Fatface…
Great Customer Service at Fatface Dalton Park today. I had to return a bag I had purchased for my daughter about four months ago which was faulty. Unfortunately I couldn’t find my receipt and couldn’t give an exact date so didn’t think it would be possible to get a refund. The assistant and manager sifted through the records for the past months and eventually found my receipt. They went out of their way to be of help and are a credit to Fatface. Well done to you both and your outstanding customer service was greatly appreciated.

Great service
Called into the store to have a look for holiday clothes, great offers on the bikinis and some good reductions on other summer items. I was served quickly at the till and the lad that served me ( Lewis I think he was called ) was really friendly and helpful. As I was buying holiday clothes he asked if I had a holiday planned and showed a genuine interest in chatting to me about it, he was a real credit to fat face.
