Clean store with good layout. Staff visible and approachable but not intrusive. Very polite, helpful cashier. Lovely idea of 20p charge for carrier bag to go to a named charity

Fatface is my favourite shop for clothing and the Dalton Park store staff are absolutely amazing, from entering the store to leaving they can not do enough to make your shopping experience any more enjoyable. 😀

Everything went according to plan but rather disappointed that after ordering online & then going to the store to collect, the item was considerably cheaper there. The staff however were brilliant, friendly & helpful.

An order UKF1012695823 was placed on the 4th September to be delivered to the Fatface store in Dalton Park, delivery should have taken 5 days. However I am still waiting for an email to confirm my order is ready to collect.
I called into the store and spoke to the Manager, but she could not help.
