Always very good customer service
Always very good customer service. Nice shopping experience as nobody bothers you, you can browse but there is always someone there to then help or take payment. Always clean and tidy in the store too.

I like the quality of the clothes
I like the quality of the clothes. The sizes are a bit difficult to gage in comparison to other companies, it seems to run a bit small but that is not unusual for a European company (and considering the American larger people). Most importantly, the order was shipped in a plastic bag which was a problem. During the shipping, someone slit the bag to see what was inside and to determine whether it was something worth taking. Luckily, none of the contents were deemed worth taking so I lucked out. But I received a bag that was already cut open and luckily none of the contents were either taken or had fallen out. For this reason, most companies choose to ship in a cardboard container, it avoids the possibility of someone easily opening it. It is more difficult to get a box open than to slice a plastic bag.
