Lovely staff and great helps
I had a lovely experience at FatFace today. Miriam was warm, professional, and gave me great advice while helping me find some smart casual outfits, especially dresses that suited what I was looking for. Alfie was also very helpful, he assisted me with changing the dress size and patiently helped me place an online order for the right size. Both of them were very friendly, professional, and made the whole shopping experience enjoyable.

A lovely skirt well made
A lovely skirt well made and nice fabric. Not sure why it was £55 in the Lincoln store but £35 on line, of course I bought it online and was still £15 in profit after postage .. Happy with my purchase and saving

Helpful staff
Me and my mum went in as she had seen a jumper that she thought I might like however there was only one size out. One of the workers there, Xena, helped us by looking in the back and then later helped us order one online! Haven’t tried it on yet but excited to when it gets here.

I visited to buy some jeans today. The staff were really friendly & helpful, especially Mae. I couldn't decide on a purchase immediately but when I went back, she remembered & found the ones I'd tried on! Will return- thank you.
