No email received to advise order was ready at the store. Just a reminder email saying if I don’t collect within fourteen days from when the store received my order they will issue a refund. ????? When did they receive my order? Do you not have a tracking number that automatically sends me a notification?

I was served by Hatty at the Lincoln store and she was incredibly helpful and friendly. I needed some help firstly finding my size and secondly seeing the product in different colours, Hatty gave me excellent customer service and helped me with a smile on her face. She is chatty, helpful and truly a credit to their staffing team!

Last minute dash to find a new coat before a trip away. Really helpful staff, lots of options and plenty of sizes available to try. Couldn’t decide but very attentive shop-floor staff able to help me by detailing which coats were fully waterproof etc.
Maria at the till was very friendly and warm, and helped me with my BlueLight Card discount and voucher that I had to spend.
Fab shopping experience!

The staff in the store were helpful and worked out my length etc and gave me the details for ordering on line
The order came very quickly,

Affordable style at Sale prices
Ordered a couple of holiday essentials in the summer sale. Ordered online, and picked up and tried on in store. Great style, and very good value for money in the Sale. Wish I could afford to browse regular priced items...! Lovely shop and nice staff.

I would never have bought without seeing in store.
Having already seen some trainers in store when browsing for dresses i decided to wait awhile and see whether they went in sale.
After spotting a deal in the sales I bought them online. The site was simple to use, the sale went through easily and my trainers turned up on a couple of days later. They fitted perfectly and looked great.
All in all a great experience.
