Having made an order, I realized that I had put the wrong size. The order had been dispatched and the colleague in the shop explained that I could return it for an immediate refund. So I ordered the correct size and that arrived one day after the incorrect one. Took the return to the shop and received the refund on the spot. The jumper is excellent quality, the high street colleagues friendly and helpful.

Great service, prompt delivery and packaged well. The dress was fab. Was also very pleased with staff at Lincoln store who helped me in the shop and directed me to the dress which I loved, staff suggested I try to order this sale item online that was no longer in the shop in my size.

Excellent customer service and high quality garments. My young son loves the bright, bold designs in soft fabrics. I love that they are made in hard wearing fabrics which last. Thank you Fat Face.

I haven’t worn dungarees for 15 years but the lovely sales assistant assured me she quite a few pairs and was also around the same age as me !
So I decided to try some on and loved them.
My husband and son thought they looked good too - in fact my son said that’s a great outfit mum !!
