It’s really great that I can pick up my order from my local Fatface store, and the staff there are so friendly and helpful, thank you!

Delivery came exactly as expected and the staff in the store I picked up my delivery from were lovely. I loved that you can choose a suitable delivery day too! Also my jeans actually fit me! Yippee! I struggle with finding jeans as I have long legs. Really happy with everything thank you 😊

We visited Fat Face in Lyme Regis yesterday and was served by a lovely lady called Helen who was very professional and helpful.
My husband hates shopping and we both managed to get him to buy 2 pairs of chinos and a belt, thank you Helen

I opted to collect from my local shop. Smashing service from a lovely young sales assistant, who gave me a seamless experience. Much better than having to pay for dodgy deliveries.

Fantastic and friendly service from my favourite store in Lyme Regis. I was looking for a present and was helped by Bronte and Danni (Manageress) who gave me advice and suggestions. All the staff in this store are fantastic with their welcoming smiles. A credit to the company and thank you from a very happy customer.

There were some mix ups with my click and collect order but the staff in store were extremely friendly and helpful and went above and beyond to sort out the situation.

Alex and Izzy were exceptionally helpful today. I asked a question about buttons on a pair if dungarees and they looked up different options for me, made suggestions and offered to order a different size. I was very impressed with the level of help they gave me.

Great items, just what I wanted and in the sale! Items collected from in store, I was kept up to date regarding delivery. Friendly and efficient staff in Lyme Regis. Thank you!

This item was ordered online Sunday 1 June to be delivered to Lyme Regis store on Tuesday 3 June. No sign of item until 6 June the day I returned home from holiday!! Customer services expected me to cancel and pay for delivery to home. Disgusting service!!! However a lovely shop assistant at Lyme Regis store posted item to my home address. Be careful if you believe quick delivery service

This store is amazing and that’s because of the staff . Girls are so kind and helpful. They helped be make really good choices . Not based on price !! Thank you . Excellent experience

I love the fatface clothes range, I think they are beautifully designed and of high quality. However I was very disappointed with the customer service following my most recent purchase, I don’t think it’s appropriate for customers to be made to feel embarrassed when returning online orders to store. If I shop from fatface again I would use the online platform only.

It was so good to go into our local FatFace store to collect my online order. The staff there were really friendly and helpful.
My order was delivered to the store on time and I really liked the email communications I received which kept me informed each step of the way.
All in all a very good shopping experience.

Have known Scott for several years he’s a very professional manager and goes above and beyond in his job as Manager of the Lyme Regis store :-)
Will be sad to see him leave but will go and visit him in Taunton
