Really lovely people in store, great to deal with which made for a good experience.

I visited the Lyme Regis Fatface store today and was very impressed with the customer service provided by Pauline, who was exceptionally helpful. The atmosphere was very happy and the store was a real pleasure to visit and browse. I believe that the store was managed by Scott and there was a great team dynamics within.

I have recently purchased instore & online, very happy with both. Fast delivery with Royal Mail. Excellent customer service instore I purchased a dress & the member of staff at the time also ordered a purse to have delivered to my home address to arrive when I had returned from my holiday.

Whenever we visit Lyme Regis, we always go into the FatFace store, and we are given a warm and friendly welcome from Karen and Scott. My husband will not buy his clothes from any other store and we will travel to Lyme Regis as Karen and Scot give him a great service and that is why we return time and time again. They have a great section in the mens area and if his size is not there, nothing is too much trouble and Scott will go above and beyond to help and give you his undivided attention, which makes this a lovely shopping experience. My husband always leaves with a smile on his face. Thank you to the both of you.

Nicely laid out shop, spacious and easy to browse all the products. Friendly, relaxed service from Emma (available without hovering). Some lovely clothes and accessories.

I visited the Lyme Regis store over the weekend. The staff were really friendly and helpful, checking in the back for my size because it wasn’t out. Pauline was great, giving my feedback and helping me make choices. I was on holiday but would recommend visiting this store and experiencing great customer service.

Was in Lyme Regis today and popped into Fatface- what a gem of a store, not very big but what it lacks in size it makes up for with beautifully displayed stock. Scott and Karen were so friendly and helpful with a sense of humour that made my visit a fun one . I’ll certainly be popping in again soon.

Pauline & Brontë were friendly & welcoming in the Lyme Regis shop. I bought two items and even got a Birthday discount which was unexpected and a delight.
I’ll definitely return when we visit again later in the year.

While I was away for work, I thought I would replace some jeans I had previously bought so I popped into the Lyme Regis store to do so. Scott (the store manager) and the team were fantastic, really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Definitely come back again

I met Karen at the counter & enquired about a sale item that I’d tried to order online but it was out of stock. She was so helpful in looking the item up for me to see if they had it in their “warehouse”. It was available & she kindly ordered it for me, in fact I ended up ordering 2! I was so pleased as I’d previously enquired at another store where they just said they didn’t have any! It felt as if Karen really went out of her way to give excellent customer service which was brilliant.

I was looking for a hoodie in the Lyme Regis branch, the manager Scott was very helpful in showing me their whole range of menswear, I would thoroughly recommend this store because of the high level of hospitality & professionalism shown not only from Scott but the entire Lyme Regis crew, well done guys you deserve the recognition!

Excellent quality products prompt delivery and returns can be taken to the local branch. Friendly and efficient chap in our local store as well as bright, warm and inviting shop well worth a visit.

It was a pleasure shopping at Lyme Regis Fatface. Staff were friendly and helpful and the store had the item I was looking for.

Staff not very friendly, when l went to the till the assistant was expecting me to pay by card but when l produced cash she was not happy she had to use another till for the payment
