Not helpful
Staff not very friendly, when l went to the till the assistant was expecting me to pay by card but when l produced cash she was not happy she had to use another till for the payment

We shopped in your Lyme Regis store
We shopped in your Lyme Regis store. They were very friendly and helpful. My Husband liked a t shirt and as it was his birthday I bought it for him. When I got home I saw that you had the same design in my Grandson's size. I have since purchased that too. They had some sale items nicely presented and I bought some dungarees for my Granddaughter. On the way past going home I popped in for the T shirt they had partnered it with.

Staff so helpful and pleasant
I popped in to the store as I was looking for a Christmas jumper but found another style which happened to be in the sale and a really good price. I think it was the Store Manager who asked if I needed help and he pointed out a Christmas jumper which I had missed when entering the store. I ended up buying both items as the guy kindly offered a 20% discount….fantastic service. Will definitely be back for the Boxing Day sale! The young girl assistant was very pleasant too….makes supporting local shops worthwhile. Thank you and Merry Christmas 🎄 xx

Excellent service as ever from my local FatFace store. I went to order some sale items that were not in store. The staff were friendly, efficient and professional. I always feel they go above and beyond in offering excellent customer service.

Lyme Regis … Best Store Ever
Lyme Regis … Fab store always clean and tidy and staff lovely.
Very well stocked displayed great
too.
Always pop in and make a purchase whilst visiting Lyme Regis.
My pooches are welcome in store too … how fab love taking my girlies to Fat Face.

Manager Scott was hilarious really helpful and stylish the clothes he wore looked so good I bought myself the same outfit he was wearing just wish I could have also bought some of his charm

Quality clothes
Although a very small shop there is a good choice of clothes. The clothes are placed in recyclible packaging and the receipt is emailed to me which is useful and more secure. The staff were very friendly and most helpful.
