I just love shopping in Fatface fir casual wear and the occasional dress. Good quality which never fails to deliver. Just wish that the store was bigger!!!

I bought a couple of tops today at the Maidstone store, I can safely say it's somewhere I'll always go back to. Friendly and helpful, the lady that served me struck the perfect balance. Thank you.

Very helpful assistant who very nicely wrapped my purchase for my wife's birthday and was extremely polite and informative.

Ok, Well first of all I was greeted by a member of staff as soon as I entered the store. I found the store to be very clean and tidy with a large number of clothing well displayed. The person who help me to complete my purchase was very helpful with a friendly smile. I believe her name was Eleanor so many thanks.

My on line order arrived very promptly and the free express delivery was great. Of the 3 items ordered I only kept one as the style of the other 2 didn't suit me. I returned these to the Maidstone store where I was immediately refunded by a very polite assistant. I will continue to look at FatFace as one of my first choices when needing something new.

Good chat with staff. Nice to see them all still wearing masks. My husband has cancer and makes me feel safe shopping here. Lots of variety in sale section. Will be back again.

Went in your store today to have a look at a bag I had seen online and was so glad to see Megan back it was lovely to catch up with her after not seeing her for so long! Unfortunately I didn’t find the bag I was looking and Megan offered to order it for me but I wanted to have a look at it in person. I will come back in a few weeks to see if it is in stock.

Felt very welcome in Maidstone today - I wanted to try on a handful of clothes and the girl that helped me to the changing room was so friendly, and then when I came back out again she was there waiting and took the clothes from me and really had a good chat with me afterwards. I thought more about this when I got home and you don’t get this sort of customer service anymore so I had to write in. Thank you.

I called into The Maidstone shop on the 1/3/22 after receiving an alert on my mobile phone. A very tidy store but I would have to say the men's sale was very small. I do not think I would bother in the future.

The clothes are always good quality and wash well. The staff are very helpful and friendly.

A very relaxing shopping experience. The store is clean and tidy. The clothes are arranged nicely and easy to look through. The changing rooms are spacious and flatteringly lit. The rustic decor is very attractive and sets the clothes off beautifully. I love the fabrics, designs, prints and colour palettes every season. The sales people are all lovely too.

Gorgeous clothes, well cut, great quality, amazing sales, and fab feel to the stores themselves with no brash lighting. My all time favourite store! Don't change!

Christmas shopping today in your store in Maidstone and unfortunately did not have the sizes I wanted for my husbands pyjamas so a lovely girl was able to order them for me. My receipt says crew: Ellis so hope it gets to the right person. She was very chatty it was really nice to be able to actually talk to someone rather than just trying to get money and get me out the door which you don’t get a lot of now days! Very good customer service and I’ll be back in the new year.
